30 Best Sushi Bars near Lincoln

“Stopped in after reading the reviews and was not disappointed. Fish and chicken strips with chips (#5) was a perfect portion with 3 chicken strips and 1 pretty good sized piece of fish. The batter on the fish was light and crispy and the chicken was just the way I like it — a little bit crunchy, hot, and served with cold ranch. Another patron ordered his “usual” — the Spicy Day and Lincoln rolls, both of which looked good enough that I’ve already decided that’s what I’ll try next time I come in. Portions were perfect relative to price. The restaurant was clean, cool, and inviting. They have a nice assortment of canned and bottled beverages. Friendly staff who clearly take pride in the product and service they deliver. Definitely recommend giving them a go. I’ll be back for sure, even if it is 20 minutes away.“

“First time here. Sushi were fresh and delicious. We ordered Sunshine and Prime. Salmon teriyaki was cooked to perfection. Pepper Fin pieces were yammy and they were thicker than at other restaurants. Everyone was polite and welcoming. Clean. Definitely coming back! Recommending!“

“friendly staff; great atmosphere“

“We visited Tangs for the first time on the 3rd of July. Exceptionally busy but even with a slower service than we anticipated we absolutely will be back. It was worth the wait!“

“Honestly one of the best sushi experiences I've had after visiting several other restaurants around Sacramento and roseville, service was quick and friendly, we went shortly after they opened so experience may vary on time of day but otherwise I absolutely had a blast me and my friend did indeed FEAST UPON THE FLESH OF FISH!!!“

“The freshest, the friendliest, clean and so yummy. we have celebrated my entire families birthday here the past yr and a half“

“This is our favorite place for Japanese food!“

“The best sushi in the area without question. They never skimp on portions and they always have the freshest fish, that just melts in your mouth. And of course, they always super friendly.“

“The service was very good and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our server was especially pleasant and did a great job, which is the main reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 3.

Unfortunately, the sushi and rolls were pretty average and not as flavorful as I expected. They weren’t terrible, but they definitely didn’t stand out and left me a bit disappointed. Maybe other items on the menu are better, but based on the sushi alone, I probably wouldn’t come back.“

“I rarely feel compelled to write a review, but this place is a hidden gem. Roseville has plenty of excellent sushi, but sometimes a tucked away hole in the wall, with consistently great food, reasonable prices, and servers who treat you like family, is exactly what hits the spot.

It is easy to drive past without ever knowing it is there, but well worth finding. The rolls are excellent, the udon should not be missed, and there is a little treasure on the small plates menu called dragon balls. Highly recommended.“

“Excellent food with a diverse menu for those who wish to order something other than sushi. You can easily make a meal with the appetizers alone, which I have done on more than one occasion. Mikuni is our go to for special occasions and when we have guests visiting.“

“Best Sushi/crew in town..“

“Wow. Just had the most amazing sushi experience. New place Roku near our house. A curated experience with individual accompaniments with each fish type. This was the Sashimi presentation with more exotic fish. All are aged fish which added to the evening“

“The food and service was very good. The atmosphere left a little to be desired as it wasn't very warm and inviting or cozy setting. I think booths along the walls and some partitions and maybe some tropical plants would go a long way to making a more enjoyable dinning experience. But again, the food was good as was the service. I would go back.“

“The fish is fresh and the rolls are bomb“

“Went there with a large group they got us seated right away . Server was very attentive and the food is always amazing .“

“My wife and I have been dining here for several years. Sushi and sashimi are our favorites. We like it on the spicey side. The side dishes are delicious. The staff is courteous and helpful. They do have alcohol on the menu. Hot sake and bottled beer available.“

“This is great food. I was disappointed after I had been going there for a awhile, owners are friendly and the owner is a trained sushi chef if 10 years from Japan and it means you get quality and the amount of rice around a roll is not too much which is how it’s supposed to be, but the last 2 times we didn’t get what we ordered, and we waited 45 min to get the fish collars and we finally left , 2 times we asked about our orders and was so disappointed, this happened twice.
The food is good I don’t recommend going during dinner time. I drive from Auburn so the trip is long, the food it great, the experience at dinner time is not so great.“

“These rolls and handrolls are seriously high quality craftsmanship. When walking in every visit, the Chef greets whoever enters and the host/hostess is there ready to take the order. I really enjoy the Crossings, Galleria, or Rocklin. tempura hand roll is very wonderful too!“

“Amazing restaurant!! The service is incredible and they recommend wonderful menu items if you aren't sure what to get. The vibe is calm and sweet. Price is great and it's definitely a go-to when I'm in Loomis. Highly recommend!“

“Delightful little venue. It's an order at the counter, then find a seat venue. They'll bring your food out to you when it's done. They'll also bus the table after you leave. Selection of authentic Japanese food gives you a fair amount of choices. Run by a Japanese family!“

“Good sushi fresh fish good customer service“

“We love Sushi Mon and were a little worried when they closed for remodeling ... worried that they wouldn't really reopen! Thankfully they did, and WOW! That was a MAJOR renovation! Beautiful, light, airy and contemporary. And, of course the food and the people are as wonderful as always!“

“The sushi is pretty decent and the prices are not bad. Unfortunately where we were seated we were nearly the last booth the sushi went by, so most of it was gone by the time it got to us. I also really hated the soy sauce bottles, they were like a pump, that only drizzled out a few drops at a time. Are drinks were brought to us by a robot so that was interesting. Definitely a different experience.“

“Solid food with a wide variety of menu items, casual vibe, and excellent service. Our waitress was so invested in our comfort the entire time. She was always refilling waters, getting us more napkins or small plates or ginger, and asking if we needed anything. We were a huge group and she was MOVING to accommodate all of us- it was really nice to feel so valued! Would definitely come back just for the service, but the food was also good!“

“Havent been out in a few months. Came here to get my usual. Food was perfect as usual. But shout out to brooke for making the entire experience feel like i never left. Friendly. Fast service. And made me feel like a valued customer. Blu nami just keeps winning. 10/10.“

“For the price , the all you can eat is excellent. The food is fresh and very tasteful. To many rolls to try in one visit“

“Wow, what a treat! While checking out the food court on a slow day the lady from Little Tokyo pulled me in for some samples before pointing out the combo's. The Pineapple chicken is absolutely delicious! The cheapest combo comes with so much. Already ate the sesame mochi before the photo. Going to come back for a pork bun and skewer next time.“

“We ate lunch food was amazing and wonderful“

“Edit: Updated to 5 stars, I was just hangry. Still love this place and will be back very soon for another Deluxe plate!!!

Love the food, one of my favorite places. But last time I used the online ordering system, it sent my food to the wrong location. I called to ask what happened, but what I was told is that all I could do is come pick up my already cold order. It was good but cold. Ill come back because I like the food, but customer service could use a little work.“
