“Stopped in after reading the reviews and was not disappointed. Fish and chicken strips with chips (#5) was a perfect portion with 3 chicken strips and 1 pretty good sized piece of fish. The batter on the fish was light and crispy and the chicken was just the way I like it — a little bit crunchy, hot, and served with cold ranch. Another patron ordered his “usual” — the Spicy Day and Lincoln rolls, both of which looked good enough that I’ve already decided that’s what I’ll try next time I come in. Portions were perfect relative to price. The restaurant was clean, cool, and inviting. They have a nice assortment of canned and bottled beverages. Friendly staff who clearly take pride in the product and service they deliver. Definitely recommend giving them a go. I’ll be back for sure, even if it is 20 minutes away.“

“First time here. Sushi were fresh and delicious. We ordered Sunshine and Prime. Salmon teriyaki was cooked to perfection. Pepper Fin pieces were yammy and they were thicker than at other restaurants. Everyone was polite and welcoming. Clean. Definitely coming back! Recommending!“

“I rarely feel compelled to write a review, but this place is a hidden gem. Roseville has plenty of excellent sushi, but sometimes a tucked away hole in the wall, with consistently great food, reasonable prices, and servers who treat you like family, is exactly what hits the spot.

It is easy to drive past without ever knowing it is there, but well worth finding. The rolls are excellent, the udon should not be missed, and there is a little treasure on the small plates menu called dragon balls. Highly recommended.“

“Wow. Just had the most amazing sushi experience. New place Roku near our house. A curated experience with individual accompaniments with each fish type. This was the Sashimi presentation with more exotic fish. All are aged fish which added to the evening“

“The food and service was very good. The atmosphere left a little to be desired as it wasn't very warm and inviting or cozy setting. I think booths along the walls and some partitions and maybe some tropical plants would go a long way to making a more enjoyable dinning experience. But again, the food was good as was the service. I would go back.“

“My wife and I have been dining here for several years. Sushi and sashimi are our favorites. We like it on the spicey side. The side dishes are delicious. The staff is courteous and helpful. They do have alcohol on the menu. Hot sake and bottled beer available.“

What I loved most was the variety. You can try a little bit of everything without committing to one giant plate — which is perfect for people like me who “want to try that dish”, just a bite or two but not the full, large portions. “Delightful little venue. It's an order at the counter, then find a seat venue. They'll bring your food out to you when it's done. They'll also bus the table after you leave. Selection of authentic Japanese food gives you a fair amount of choices. Run by a Japanese family!“

“Wow, what a treat! While checking out the food court on a slow day the lady from Little Tokyo pulled me in for some samples before pointing out the combo's. The Pineapple chicken is absolutely delicious! The cheapest combo comes with so much. Already ate the sesame mochi before the photo. Going to come back for a pork bun and skewer next time.“

Love the food, one of my favorite places. But last time I used the online ordering system, it sent my food to the wrong location. I called to ask what happened, but what I was told is that all I could do is come pick up my already cold order. It was good but cold. Ill come back because I like the food, but customer service could use a little work.“
