Much smaller than the Japanese versions. I can't envision trying everything over many visits in Japan but this little shop can be completely 'tasted' in two visits with many mundane choices (like edamame and watermelon). $5 for a cup of tea and no free refills.
A very new form of sushi to me, amazing enough. But food quality is somewhat average, the salmon could have been better, and the sesame ball could have been more crispy. Servers are nice and friendly.
It’s the type of restaurant you come to once for the experience, but that’s about it. Sushi is definitely not the greatest, and their other options don’t help either.
