“Having grown up in Japan, and being used to my mother’s authentic Japanese cuisine, the food at Raijin Ramen is very authentically Japanese tasting and aesthetically appealing as is the norm for Japanese food. This is a departure from typical American “Japanese” restaurant offerings. The restaurant is very neat and clean, utensils are surprisingly upscale, and wait staff was very attentive. Food was amazing and portions were generous. Complimentary pickled tsukemono, and ice cream for dessert topped off a super pleasant experience. Definitely will come again and make this a staple go-to restaurant for our family.“

“Love their Ramen bowls. My personal favorite is the fukumi Ramen, lots of noodles and a broth that is good all on its own.

Not into Ramen? They have other good options like katsu and rice bowls.

And don't forget a side of takoyaki or deep fried soft shell crab to have some crunch with your ramen!“

“Black garlic ramen, kurobota sausage and takoyaki we're top notch. A little loud in the restaurant but we scarfed our food down and didn't mind. Service was awesome, way better than the Rocklin branch. Worth the drive from the foothills!“

“My boyfriend and I went on a Wednesday. The place was super chic and clean. The music was really good too it was covers of some 90s music which was fire.Our server was sweet and made the environment very warm and welcoming. My boyfriend and I got miso soup cucumber salad for an appetizer which was PHENOMENAL. For our sushi rolls we ordered a dragon roll & a salmon roll (fried) both were really good and gone within 2 seconds. For dessert they have mochi ice cream and I ended up deciding on the mango flavor which was so light and fruity, delicious. My boyfriend and I will definitely be back!!!“

“Solid food with a wide variety of menu items, casual vibe, and excellent service. Our waitress was so invested in our comfort the entire time. She was always refilling waters, getting us more napkins or small plates or ginger, and asking if we needed anything. We were a huge group and she was MOVING to accommodate all of us- it was really nice to feel so valued! Would definitely come back just for the service, but the food was also good!“
