However, the service and food ? from the other restaurants fall into the realm of average, mirroring what you'd find in many places. Despite this, the inviting atmosphere makes it an okay choice for a visit.”

“Very disappointed - although lamb shank was falling off the bone- the oily bland brown gravy was not helped by more salt and few uncooked mushrooms. The side vegetables - broccoli and can string beans - were overcooked, mushy dull green. The cropped tomatoes on the Greek salad were spoiled and should have been thrown out. There are better Mediterranean/Greek restaurants in Sacramento than this one. Dining area is in the bar - not a very good dining experience for conversation.”

“Taiko Japanese restaurant was a nice place to eat overall. The environment was a bit strange, almost like a food court experience because the area is shared with another eatery establishment which was kinda of confusing when we entered. It seems a lot of regular customers just go up to the counter and grab a menu and seat themselves unlike how we stood there waiting to be seated, it's not very clear what you're supposed to do.
Other than that the food was quite good and the service was prompt. The menu wasn't overzealous but they had a good amount of choices to choose from.”

“A hidden gem if I've ever seen one!. Been here twice and each time I have had a great experience. Amazing, authentic Mexican food but what really made this place was it's margaritas. So fresh and delicious and expertly made. It's located in a district called Milagro and there is alot of other places surrounding it which makes it fun to grab desserts or coffee afterwards.”

“Always try to stop at Mountain Mike's while visiting Sacramento. This location didn't disappoint! It was practically dead inside, but it was a Tuesday night. Lobby was a bit cold. Pizza was hot and delicious, prices have definitely gone up over the years. But it's understandable. Service was a little lacking, but over ok. Pretty large dining room and they had a salad bar.”

“Very simple place to eat a good breakfast. The price wasn't bad either. I paid about 20 bucks for a breakfast sandwich with fruit and a scramble with potatoes. The plates are super simple, but it's nice to have an old fashioned breakfast meal from time to time. I enjoyed the food and will come back when we are in town.”

“My husband and I have gone to this location for many years. And our favorite is the chicken bacon, artichoke, with white sauce and thin crust. It is superb. My husband passed away so I didn't go for quite some time. I recently went again and got our favorite pizza and the manager was there and was very kind and took the time to talk to me about my husband's death. Everyone there is kind and efficient and makes good food. I will not go anywhere else for pizza. Rita”

“I have been coming to Pasquale's since 1975 (original location by Safeway) and am still enjoying it at location #4...my picture is on the wall...from back then. Yesterday it was just the 3 of us tackling an XL pep/sausage and the sauce is even better than I remembered. We were there till closing time. So we took the party elsewhere. Another great time with the helpful staff.”

“I go here about once every two weeks . I love the food or just for the shake with the boba . I recommend this restaurant to neighbors who live in the neighborhood and bring people from out of the state when visiting . The atmosphere and cleanliness is impeccable . The receptionist / waitress has got to be the most unfriendliness person I have ever met in my 84 yrs of life . It is impossible to even get a friendly smile let alone words or a “thank You” . It is a big turn off. I have neighbors who will not go there because of her. It is hard to ignore .”

Was on the pricey side, a Patty melt, cheeseburger, basket of fries, beer and bloody Mary was 52 bucks, the food was delicious and might bring me back for a second visit. It was a beautiful view looking out to the finely manicured grounds, now some cons, it was extremely loud inside, which made conversation difficult and the worst part was it was full of middle aged golfers that couldn't stop starring at me and my family, like we infiltrated there secret lair, hey golfer guys it is a public restaurant so take your eyes of me and look someplace else. All in all was a nice lunch”

The coffee never tastes burnt, always tastes amazing, and the staff always make you feel like they'll give you 100% of their time, no rush. The Birria tacos are excellent, as is the soup, but with summer coming up, my go-to is tacos al pastor or street tacos, as some of the bigger items on the menu can be a bit heavy.There is a huge selection on the salsa bar - Jalapeños and Carrots, Creme Salsa, Pico de Gallo, Tomatillo Salsa, sometimes radishes, limes, Chipotle Salsa and an extra hot salsa.There is also a red sauce, a green sauce and a habanero sauce if you ask for it.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Burritos and Most items can be made vegetarian upon request.

Parking: About twenty spots and a round corner parking area where you can park and be a little further.

Kid-friendliness: Kids menu has the same size Quesadilla as the adult one, with a drink, and beans and rice for less money.”

“I’ve gotten blue sky before and they’re good. They’re not Panda Express, this is a family mom and pop shop. All in all, I’d say nothing to complain about. I’ve ordered shrimp chow mein and chicken chow mein before. Quality is up there. The chicken is tender and not rubbery like some joints. Although, and I hope I’m wrong, when I called in an order and asked them to have the chicken and chow mein separate (they usually mix it together), the lady over the phone said something along the lines of “oh, uh, well, uh, it’s not that we cook them earlier, but we can’t separate the chicken from the noodles because it cooks that way for flavor.” That got me a little suspicious. Come on…. It’s not like food kept warm is bad, but it sounds like she was being conservative when saying that, making me wonder how old the chow mein really is. Anyways, lol, overall good food. Can’t complain, but nothing to rave about either. 3.7ish, call it a 4 star.”

“We went to this location's drive thru yesterday around 2:30 or so and were told by the person taking orders that there was something wrong with drive thru ordering and to please come inside. I went inside and instantly noticed the workers were slammed which was the real reason they were not taking drive thru orders. The drive thru order taker was needed on the line. I worked food service for about 25 years, including diners, so I understood the real reason the drive thru wasn't working. No big deal. I realized a big part of the problem was that most of the orders were HUGE DoorDash orders. And more Door Dash delivery drivers were coming in constantly. BK simply does not have the staff to handle such a big work load and in the end this will bite them in the butt. It took about 15 minutes before I even got to order. This is not a slam, but a simple fact. There were people on the line freaking out, calling other workers to come in to help, people on the line threatening to walk out because they couldn't handle it. After I finally got my order in it was another 25 minutes as I noticed 4 FAMILIES and a Door Dash delivery guy who order AFTER me got their orders before I got mine. During this time there was a young man who had to leave the burger make station to help package fries and nuggets. I had noticed that he was wearing gloves but had reached into his pocket to get his phone at least 3 times. He became frustrated with the tongs necessary to grab the nuggets, sat it aside and said he was just going to use his hands. As someone who has been ServSafe certified in food safety and sanitation I immediately spoke up and said "Change your gloves, you have had your hands in your pockets at least 3 times." He asked what I said and I repeated. He left the line while removing his gloves and stayed in the office for most the rest of the time I was there. Also, during this 2 workers, Tiera and a male with long dreads, strolled in like an old lady with no sense of urgency while the other workers were panicking to get caught up. Tiera had a large afro popping out about a foot above her visor. Another health violation. She should have a net on her hair if it is not pulled back or covered by a hat. I saw neither of the two go to a hand washing sink before eventually going to help on the line. Another violation. I have nothing against these two employees. Tiera was really nice to me and i'll explain soon. But the manager should have done more managing although I appreciate she was actually helping. The other girl had to run an order out to someone parked and came back with two packs of chicken nuggets in her hand and put them BACK under the heaters. 3rd violation. Once food leaves the line and is bagged it does not go back on the line to be served to someone else. It is to be tossed into the trash. Once the 4th person that ordered after me got their food before me I approached the other girl working the line who took my order but was bagging the food at the time and asked why. She was rightfully exasperated, not at me, but at having skipped me. That's cool, relax, breath, I just want my food. She immediately got my order together and handed it to me. When I got to the car I noticed I had someone elses order along with part of my order, the two Whoppers from a 2'fer coupon. I asked to add cheese and no catchup. I got catchup but no cheese instead. I took them back in and told the girl and she had the guy with dreads make me two new burgers and properly tossed the two wrong burgers in the trash. While waiting Tiera asked if I would like a drink while waiting. She was really nice and apologetic. After receiving the two new burgers I went back to the truck, opened them up and both had no catchup, but only one had cheese. Not willing to go through this again we just sucked it up and went on about our day. I will still order from this establishment in the future. But they either need to get more people or they need to stop accepting Door Dash and other similar orders. It's too much for the sma”

“I brought my Mom there in 2017 for Christmas Lights in Old Sacramento.... just happened to see your burger place right across the street from light show on top of big white building... food was amazing! I WILL BE BRINGING MY B.F. HERE THIS CHRISTMAS.”
