This spot seriously delivered… if you’re a sandwich person, you NEED to try this place 🤤

I ordered the Black Cadillac and wow… one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a while 🙌 It’s loaded with tri-tip, black garlic butter, sweet balsamic glaze, lettuce, tomato, white onion, and parmesan cheese and every bite was packed with flavor. You can tell the meat is smoked for a long time because it’s super tender and has that deep, rich, smoky taste 😮‍🔥

That said, the meat definitely carried the sandwich. I almost wish there were a bit more toppings to balance it out, like extra balsamic glaze or more lettuce and tomato. But if their goal is to really highlight the meat, then they nailed it 👏

Also got the mac and cheese on the side and this was not your average mac… it had pieces of brisket mixed in which made it even better 🧀 The flavor was so good and really complemented the sandwich

I will say, the wait was a little longer than expected for the size of the line, but honestly… completely worth it once you get your food 👏

“Counter staff was friendly. They don't have fountain available in the dining area, they fill it for you behind the counter, which is a slight inconvenience. My chili cheese dogs were good, a touch light on the chili compared to what I'm used to at other locations. The chili cheese fries were also good, fries were fresh, plenty of chili and cheese, but you could tell the cheese was very cold, it wasn't even starting to melt when I opened the box. But overall, these are very minor things, and I enjoyed my food.“

What really made the experience stand out was the atmosphere and the people behind it. Jesse and his father make a great team, and you can genuinely feel the pride and care they put into the place. It has that classic small mom-and-pop diner feeling that’s becoming rare nowadays. The little things in life like this are what truly make me happy. “This food truck was in a parking lot nearby my house and caught my attention with the food decals on the truck(funnel cakes, sweet treats,etc.) My husband LOVES funnel cakes and literally only eats it once a year when we go to the Cali State Fair. Ended up ordering strawberry funnel cake, fried twinkies & a root beer float. The funnel cake was HUGE and satisfied the craving! Never had fried twinkies before but OH MY GOSH they are delicious!!!! So worth it. Dont know if i'll order the root beer float again just because of the size and price a little high but that wont stop me from purchasing other items again.“
