The little noodle shop in SF Supermarket is such a good spot if you're craving for soup noodles. It's just hidden in the food court inside the plaza. Would recommend to a friend if you want some affordable meals here with good quality food. My fav is the crispy pork noodles. Don't think I've had crispy pork anywhere else. The skin is cooked to perfection

Noodles are very smooth and tender, great variety of condiments - add so much more flavors and different textures to the noodles.
Proteins are great too - my favorite is beef shank and crispy pork.
And the clear broth is refreshing - no MSG.
I’ve tried so many rice noodles places in NorCal, this is the most authentic by far.

A7. Crispy pork dry rice noodle: the crispy pork was delicious but they were in tiny pieces unlike the picture. The noodle was soft but a bit overcooked for my liking. The good thing was that there were self-served toppings. With small portion of protein, these toppings helped enhanced the dish. The soup was bland and tasted like the broth from boiling the noodle. Overall, it was 3.5 stars for me.
