“I was on my way home from a sporting event with my dog and it was quite the warm afternoon for mid-March. I figured, what better way to quench my thirst than a drink from a boba shop? I looked up boba spots from the Rosemont to Rancho Cordova area, and honestly there aren't many in that side of Sacramento. However, I came across Dream Tea and decided to try it out. Dream Tea is located in a quiet strip mall by a Dollar Tree off Bradshaw and Old Placerville Rd. When I walked in, it was quiet and modern, with fun neon lights decorating the interior. The menu items are displayed on TV screens, and I decided to get their butterfly pea flower passionfruit tea. I always opt for light ice and either 25% or 50% sweet when I order boba, and for this drink I asked for 50% sweet and light ice, which they were able to accommodate. It didn't take long for my drink to be made, and I'm glad I was able to order first, as a group of people came in right after me. This drink comes in one size, and is honestly a really good size considering how thirsty I was (water just wasn't cutting it for me that day). As another review mentioned, it is a large cup and only one size, so if you're getting another drink that isn't just fruit tea, such as milk tea, it will be quite a large drink, but personally it was the perfect size for me. The passionfruit tea was the optimal amount of fruity and sweet, especially after I mixed in the butterfly pea flower portion of the drink. I personally would have liked more passionfruit seeds as I enjoy the texture, but that's just me being picky. I didn't get boba in my drink this time as didn't feel like it, but I would like to try their other teas next time and add boba. Overall, I'm happy that there is a boba shop in the Rosemont area, and will be back.“

“Shout out to Lichen Dutch Bros staff!!! Speedy service this morning, friendly faces! I ordered the seasonal Shamrock Kicker this morning (Friday) and noticed when it was being handed over that it looked lighter than normal. Even the broista was like, "are we sure this is it?" We shrugged it off since it was confirmed that it was mine. I got to the light and had my first sip- something was off. It was not blended, it was chunky... So weird. I hated being *this* person, but I got back into the line and expressed my concerns - that I have had the shamrock kicker before and it was usually darker, not chunky, and tasted amazing. The guy (who originally took my order) agreed and said "oh yeah, that doesn't look right. Possibly the carburetor." I apologized being *that* person, that I usually wouldn't get back in line for something so ridiculous and he laughed it off saying, "no problem at all! We WANT you to enjoy your drink! Especially on a Friday morning!" I was pushed back through the line and met with the guy in the window again and got a brand new drink, handed back in the old... The new drink was PERFECT. The staff were working fast to get everyone's orders out right away. We ordered a Thai tea with boba and a taro milk tea, they were both good and flavorful. They have so many variations and options to choose from, we stuck to our safe orders this time but we definitely would come back to try some of the other options!“

Some of their special drinks looked aesthetically pleasing, so it caught my eye on Yelp, even though I knew I was going to get some sort of basic green milk tea. Their interior is modern and sleek - they had a cool rocking horse inside as well. I ordered a jasmine milk tea with boba with regular ice and regular sugar. The drink was about $6 for a large - I believe that they only had one size. The milk tea had a good milk to tea ratio and I enjoyed it, but the boba was on the softer/soggier side. Overall, I was surprised to find a boba spot that I enjoyed in this area.“
“My favorite Dutch Bros! The lines can be long but don't they go fast so don't be intimidated. My latest amazing experience here was last week. My puppy was intently watching the car ahead of us and seen the Broista give the dog in that car a big "Hello Cutie!!" And a pup cup. He was excited and couldn't wait for his turn. When I pulled up it was a different broista, who was super nice but did not do the big hello to him. I explained what my doggy was so excited for and she happily obliged and said a big hello to him and gave him his pup cup. Definitely go the extra mile for service and I appreciate that!“

We took our superfood smoothies to a local park to sip while walked our goldendoodle Midnight. They are owned by the same family who own the Aquarium and Reptile Depot just down the road. “Dutch Bros is life! Dutch is not really a coffee place. It's lattes, energy drinks, and lemonades. But they recently added protein milk to their menu and now when I got to Dutch, I don't have to feel guilty about it! I always get the Salted Caramel Protein Latte, which has the low sugar syrups with the protein milk and it still tastes great! I never miss a sticker drop day, the first Wednesday of each month. The only thing that would make Dutch better is if they had better food options. Their pastries are super mid and not really worth the price.“
