“Shout out to Lichen Dutch Bros staff!!! Speedy service this morning, friendly faces! I ordered the seasonal Shamrock Kicker this morning (Friday) and noticed when it was being handed over that it looked lighter than normal. Even the broista was like, "are we sure this is it?" We shrugged it off since it was confirmed that it was mine. I got to the light and had my first sip- something was off. It was not blended, it was chunky... So weird. I hated being *this* person, but I got back into the line and expressed my concerns - that I have had the shamrock kicker before and it was usually darker, not chunky, and tasted amazing. The guy (who originally took my order) agreed and said "oh yeah, that doesn't look right. Possibly the carburetor." I apologized being *that* person, that I usually wouldn't get back in line for something so ridiculous and he laughed it off saying, "no problem at all! We WANT you to enjoy your drink! Especially on a Friday morning!" I was pushed back through the line and met with the guy in the window again and got a brand new drink, handed back in the old... The new drink was PERFECT. It looked like it should, tasted like it should. Chef's kiss. Thank you Lichen Dutch Bros staff for not making me feel crazy and for listening and understanding!“
“I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this Dutch Bros! We go there several times a week and always have excellent service. I need sugar free drinks and the options they have are endless! They always help me come up with something new to try if I get bored with my regular drink. And they have me try it before I leave y make sure I like it.“
“I was craving some boba, and they really delivered an incredible Thai tea smoothie with crystal boba. While waiting for my drink I read newspaper articles about the shop. They are owned by the same family who own the Aquarium and Reptile Depot just down the road. I love that place as well for all our fish needs.Everything was mainly on point, but the reason for the lower service score was based on my entrance to the shop. I went in, and the lady at the front saw me and walked into the back. I went to the order area and waited a few minutes while they chatted in back before coming to the front.“
“Fantastic! I love the staff I love everything that I've had here. They turned me into a coconut convert. I used to hate them but the way they prepare for here is delightful. We used to live two blocks away and I was so sad when we moved because I wasn't within walking distance to this place anymore, I now make an additional 30 minute drive just to buy from here. Well worth it, they also hand make all of their ice creams in house.“
