Friendly, accommodating staff at the location. I had been out shopping and wanted something sweet yet healthy so I headed to Jamba for my favorite...Peach Perfection (add banana!). Nice and cold, right amount of thickness, creamy element from the banana, and tangy sweet taste of the fruits and juices. I was in and out in less than five minutes. I wanted to enjoy my smoothie at home but sadly it met it's demise during my commute.
Just wanted to take a moment to say that Kard makes the jamba at the best consistency! Not watery at all like some. I'm an avid jamba drinker and this location makes it the best! Thank you

JOSHUA was amazingly kind and professional today. In a hurry, I accidentally called Jamba "in Fair Oaks" versus "on Fair Oaks (Blvd)" (20 mins away). It was my mistake and caused him extra work, for which I apologized. He was very professional about it, which in turn has me interested in visiting this location the next time I'm in town. THANKS for keeping the customer service bar high!
