Great people great company
The regular employees at every Sac location are super great, except for the regional manager of these stores - Corina. I had to take the time to call Dutch Bros HQ with a complaint because of how unhelpful she was on a recent visit. Spoke to a few employees a few days later who confirmed that she did not follow policy, but they felt helpless to speak up because she’s the regional manager. The friendly and helpful employees take the time to ensure each drink is perfect, even creating unique drinks with a personal touch. The exceptional service, like from employee Daphne who remembers regular orders, keeps customers coming back whether they're stopping for a Caramelizer or just a cup of water. The staff is consistently friendly and nice, providing a great experience, though some customers feel the "rain boxes" the workers operate from could be improved. Overall, Dutch Bros Coffee delivers wonderful drinks and a positive atmosphere that customers appreciate.
