“I like this tea shop! Great food and drink options, reasonably priced, a clean bathroom and friendly staff! Spent $53 for my family of four and we got 1 large drink, 3 regular drinks(2 of the 4 drinks had boba), 2 orders(4pieces total) of Spam Musubi & 1 order of Lobster balls(6 balls). I’m an “on average” mom so this was well worth it to me. My husband and kids loved everything and we had leftovers!“

“I’m visiting Sacramento for the weekend, and this coffee shop is right by my hotel, so I decided to give it a try, and the iced latte I got was amazing, to be honest it’s always good to support local shops since local shops are the backbone of old time cities like Sacramento. “Many boba options are available but I keep coming back to this one. They have free wifi!! I have not found another milk tea house that provides wifi.

They have an extensive milk tea menu and everything is adjustable. I was able to modify my ginger milk tea whereas other boba places do not.
The popcorn chicken was flavorful, salty, juicy, and reminded me of chicken that I grew up eating. Other boba places have a different type of breading for the crust.“

A lady cut infront of me while my order was being taken and the order taker kindly handled it and asked the driver next time to go in back of line. “Fantastic customer service! I ordered from the app and DoorDash was supposed to deliver. I had a lot to get done at work and didn’t want to leave. After waiting more than 40 mins, the driver marked it as delivered but was a no-show. There were people out from of my work during the time the driver said it was delivered, and my guys said nobody came by. I reported it to DoorDash and Jamba. The owner of the location called me and got this all sorted out, and she even had one of the employees bring me exactly what I originally ordered. I had a great experience with both Leslie, and the young man from Jamba who delivered my order. Thanks again!!“

“Stopped by this coffee spot to grab a latte but ended up staying for a few hours. The wi-fi is super fast and I was able to get a lot work done while enjoying my latte along with a ham & cheese croissant which was absolutely delicious! I will be going back to try more of there hand crafted drinks along with other food items on the menu. The staff were all super friendly and answered any questions I had about the food and drinks.“

The atmosphere had such good vibes, making the whole moment enjoyable and relaxing. The sea moss lemonades were refreshingly balanced, while the sea moss cakes were both delicious and satisfying.

“Tea Bay is a great boba spot. The employee was extremely nice and provided excellent customer service. They also offer samples, which is helpful if you’re unsure what to order.

The drinks were delicious and well made. They also give a 10% student discount if you show your ID, which is a nice bonus.

There’s a small seating area available, making it a good place to sit down, study, or get some work done. Overall, a really positive experience, I would definitely come back.“

“Went to Jamba Juice on May 15th looking for something sweet and refreshing, and the employee working there honestly made the entire experience stand out. I ordered a green smoothie and, based on their recommendation, swapped the base for orange juice and added ginger. Their suggestion completely elevated the drink; it came out flavorful, refreshing, and much better than what I originally had in mind. What impressed me most was how attentive and accommodating they were throughout the process, even offering to remake the drink if it wasn’t up to my standards. That level of customer service made me feel genuinely taken care of. While the price point is a little high, the quality of the experience and service made it feel worthwhile. Highly recommend.“

The owners have been nothing but nice and kind to me. They are good people that want the best for their customers, and stand by their food with the utmost confidence. I personally suggest the omega-3 salmon plate. It’s light, yet filling with very delightful seasoning and flavors. If I were blindfolded, I would have to assume I was sitting in a fine dine restaurant with how good it tastes.“
