Outstanding customer service deserves to be recognized. Cass helped me and went far beyond simply being friendly or professional. it was near closing time but she took genuine care in making sure I was taken care of from beginning to end.
Her attention to detail, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond were exceptional. I can't remember the last time I experienced customer service at that level anywhere.

Jamba Juice, a popular smoothie and juice bar, offers a wide variety of healthy and refreshing options. The staff is helpful in guiding customers through the extensive menu, with a focus on describing the different flavors and ingredients. The bright and cheerful atmosphere, along with the convenient location, make Jamba Juice a great destination for a quick and feel-good treat during the day.
Customers have praised the exceptional service from the staff, especially the General Manager at the DOCO location. One customer mentioned the manager, Taylor, who went above and beyond to assist with an order for a non-profit organization, even opening early to accommodate their needs. Another customer highlighted the amazing staff, particularly Ben, who provided consistently exceptional customer service and helped them create their own unique smoothie combinations.
While some customers have found certain smoothies to be a bit thin in consistency, the overall quality and freshness of the ingredients are highly appreciated. Jamba Juice is a popular choice, with one customer visiting several times a week, despite the slightly higher prices.
