“Had an amazing experience at Fuzion Bistro in Rancho Cordova! The food was absolutely delicious, and a few dishes really stood out. The Fish Tandoori was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of smoky flavor, tender on the inside with a nice char on the outside. The White Sauce Pizza was rich and creamy without being too heavy—each bite was packed with flavor. And the Baingan Bharta? Easily one of the best I’ve had, with that deep, roasted eggplant flavor coming through beautifully. On top of the great food, the service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you’re in the area. Will be back for sure!“

“Spice Kabab is one of the best Afghan restaurants in town! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for fresh, authentic Afghan food. The kebabs are always delicious, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Their fish is especially fresh and tastes amazing. The quality of the food, generous portions, and friendly service make every visit enjoyable. “New Owners! Delicious Persian and Pakistani (alternate pages of menu). We had their paneer appetizer). It had big cubes of soft Pakistani cheese in a tomato based cream sauce with finely chopped ginger. Fabulous. We also enjoyed a grilled eggplant with a Persian yogurt cultured from sheep and goat milks. The butter chicken was exceptional: he grills his chicken, chops it, then adds the juicy chunks of meat into his delectable sauce. His ground beef kabob was juicy and tender. I enjoyed an inhouse, freshly made mango lassi. Wow! We have enough leftover to enjoy a shared lunch tomorrow.“

“I have been craving dosas and my friend recommended this place.

He also sealed the deal by them having bhel puri as an appetizer.

The bhel puri and our drinks came out very fast.

Then we put in our dosas. His was a unit andy favorite!

I loved the three sauces and soup too!

Plenty of parking and lots of tables.

Don't forget a mango lassi to make the meal perfect.

“This place is run by a family and is closest to authentic Indian cuisine I have had in the area. Each dish pops with flavor and the chef manages to make the food taste great even with minimal spices. We have dined in multiple times and got food catered by them for a party of 15 people, they toned down the spices exactly based on our request as not many of our guests were used to the cuisine.
On a different note, we eat spicy food and they served us the best Andhra style chicken. 10/10 would recommend.“

“My friends saw some IG promos of this place and we decided to check it out.
Decent location off of Folsom Blvd/65th, tiny parking lot but plenty of street parking.
We dined as, as we often do when grabbing pizza for dinner. We arrived at 6pm and were the only ones there. Don't mind, whole place to ourselves. When we walked in, the two staff members were sitting in the dining area to see us arrive and promptly assisted us with our order. First order was a half chicken tikka and half Italian garlic combo. Second order was half tandoori chicken and also half Italian combo.
While we waited for our food, we checked out the decor and it's a nice spot with lots of seating and 3 large TVS.
Wall of tap beer for you to choose from and I really like the Bollywood movie quotes on the front wall. Saw one of my fav quotes up there too! One of the TVs was playing a movie and the other had on music videos. We heard neither. It was dead silent in there, which was a downer. Was hoping for some lively music.
Food was BUSSIN! The tandoori chicken pizza was a 10/10! Masala ranch is hella good. Chicken tikka, which is normally my fav at other Indian pizza spots was maybe a 6/10. I give the Italian garlic combo a solid 5.
We will definitely be back. But maybe next time we will come later at night. This place had a sign out front that they are open from 10AM - 6AM!! Wild. I can definitely see this place being popular with the late night college crowa.“

I was just at Sac Yard brewing where your truck was and had the samosas and the butter chicken fries and everything was hot fresh and tasty. the food is very gourmet tasting. fresh, hot and very well prepared!! What i did not appreciate was the fact that we went to the buffet and my teenage son wanted to treat us well not knowing they had a table with dessert we asked if for everyone with buffet they said yes. When my son went to pay what was supposed to be $60 for 3 buffets was $85 because each item was individually priced on the dessert. Also they ran out of the meat that his friend enjoyed eating so he didn't get the full enjoyment of the buffet. They stated they would make sure not to run out we could come back tomorrow but at $85 that is way too much.“

“This is really a great place to come for breakfast. They do absolutely have lunch, but im a breakfast kid at heart. I did the French toast supreme. The French toast with eggs and bacon. Soooo good. Eggs and bacon cooked perfect. The French toast was great too. My partner had ham and eggs omelet. It was delicious. I had a small taste. The coffee they kept it flowing. So it was an all around perfect way to start my day. Come and enjoy a good meal. You won't regret it.“

“Been coming here for years & my apologies for not having more pictures. We always try and stop in here whenever we are in the Sacramento area. This place is easy to get to with plenty of parking. There are a lot of menu and dessert options available! My all time favorite is the samosa chaat - I've had similar dishes at a variety of other restaurants but nothing comes close to Samosa Garden.
