“New Owners! Delicious Persian and Pakistani (alternate pages of menu). We had their paneer appetizer). It had big cubes of soft Pakistani cheese in a tomato based cream sauce with finely chopped ginger. Fabulous. We also enjoyed a grilled eggplant with a Persian yogurt cultured from sheep and goat milks. The butter chicken was exceptional: he grills his chicken, chops it, then adds the juicy chunks of meat into his delectable sauce. His ground beef kabob was juicy and tender. I enjoyed an inhouse, freshly made mango lassi. Wow! We have enough leftover to enjoy a shared lunch tomorrow.“

The Fish Tandoori was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of smoky flavor, tender on the inside with a nice char on the outside. The White Sauce Pizza was rich and creamy without being too heavy—each bite was packed with flavor. And the Baingan Bharta? Easily one of the best I’ve had, with that deep, roasted eggplant flavor coming through beautifully. Excellent lentil ball appetizers with some tasty sauces.

“Found Priya in Sacramento, and I’m already looking forward to going back. The owner and I are from the same state in India, and this is amazing, authentic Andhra food.
It’s hard to find really good, fresh idli, dosa, and sambar in Sacramento, but Priya gets it right. The idli was out of this world, and don’t even get me started on the dosa. Absolutely fantastic. The chicken curry tasted like something my mom would have made for me. That’s about the highest compliment I can give.

What i did not appreciate was the fact that we went to the buffet and my teenage son wanted to treat us well not knowing they had a table with dessert we asked if for everyone with buffet they said yes. When my son went to pay what was supposed to be $60 for 3 buffets was $85 because each item was individually priced on the dessert. Also they ran out of the meat that his friend enjoyed eating so he didn't get the full enjoyment of the buffet. They stated they would make sure not to run out we could come back tomorrow but at $85 that is way too much.“

I was just at Sac Yard brewing where your truck was and had the samosas and the butter chicken fries and everything was hot fresh and tasty. the food is very gourmet tasting. fresh, hot and very well prepared!!
