Rosie's Country Kitchen Reviews
This is really a great place to come for breakfast. They do absolutely have lunch, but im a breakfast kid at heart. I did the French toast supreme. The French toast with eggs and bacon. Soooo good. Eggs and bacon cooked perfect. The French toast was great too. My partner had ham and eggs omelet. It was delicious. I had a small taste. The coffee they kept it flowing. So it was an all around perfect way to start my day. Come and enjoy a good meal. You won't regret it.
honestly this place is just so good and comforting. we went in super hungry on a saturday and got the chicken fried steak which was perfect... super crispy and the gravy was exactly right. also the waitress was so nice and made sure we had enough coffee the whole time... definitely will be coming back.
Rosie’s Country Kitchen in Citrus Heights was amazing. The customer service was excellent and when I got there to pick up my to-go order, everything was fresh, hot, and ready right on time. The food was delicious and tasted homemade. This place also has such a nostalgic feeling to it. It was my grandparents’ favorite restaurant back in the day, and walking in honestly feels like stepping back in time in the best way possible. Definitely recommend if you want great comfort...read full review

Rosie's Country Kitchen has long been a favorite for many customers. Known for their great steaks and delicious breakfast options like scrambled eggs, omelets, bacon, and Belgian waffles, the restaurant also offers a variety of Indian dishes that have received positive feedback. Visitors have praised the food as delicious, especially the sausage skillet and chicken fried steak with eggs. The restaurant is run by a very nice family, who are welcoming and attentive to guests. The atmosphere is casual, with a friendly vibe, and the food is prepared well and offered at reasonable prices. It is a good spot to eat on the weekend because it is not busy, allowing for quick seating. The parking lot is large enough to accommodate many cars, making it convenient for diners. While some feel the restaurant could use a little TLC and a makeover, the overall experience remains positive, especially for those seeking a hearty breakfast or a quick, tasty meal. Though there is no option to order lunch in the morning, the generous portions and friendly staff keep customers coming back. This hidden gem offers both American and Indian food, making it a must-try for anyone in the Sacramento area.
