“My chicken vindaloo was fantastic. Garlic naan was pretty bomb. Wife had butter chicken and it was pretty basic. Took a chicken korma to go since we don't live in the area. It was a little disappointing when we tried it. Overall the food was decent Atmosphere is basic and the service was terrible . Chicken momo which came out late at the end our meal because they dropped the ball. It was garbage threw it away . Honestly would not come back here .“
“A solid spot for lunch in West Sacramento. Good variety of vegetarian and meat dishes on the lunch buffet. The biryani is alway good, butter chicken is a staple and always pleases, and the goat curry is fantastic. I also like the chai on tap and the mango ice cream.“
“Incredible, delicious vegetarian options. They served the garlic naan hot and fresh. And the buffet is only $15 on weekdays! Absolutely worth it!Vegetarian options: When we said we do not eat meat and asked what options they had, they were kind enough to point out the dishes without meat.“
“The food is soooo good!I got chicken tikka masala with saffron basmati rice and garlic naan. The amount of garlic on that soft naan is any garlic lovers dream. Flavorful even on its own but of course taste even better with some chicken tikka masala. The chicken tikka is done so well too. The sauce is thiccccc and the flavor is just chefs kiss! Good amount of chicken in there and tender.Service is welcoming and friendly. I talked to a staff briefly when I picked up my food. She is incredibly nice.I did take out but took a picture of the beautiful environment. Love the decor and colors. I hope todine in one day.“

It Will knock your socks offThe combo plate was on point. juicy and fresh definitely recommend this joint“
“Absolutely stellar experience with Darbar! This gem offers Afghani, Indian, and Indo-Chinese cuisines. The butter chicken, chicken 65, chili chicken, and various naan options are outstanding and keep me coming back for more. The user-friendly website makes ordering a breeze, complete with weekly specials like 'spend over $40 and get a dish for free', adding incredible value. Highly recommend for anyone craving quality and flavorful dishes!“
“Another really good restaurant for Nepalese Indian food. The Lamb Vindaloo isn't listed on the menu, but they do have it. It was awesome. Different than most of the others I have had. It had a nice mildly sweet tomato flavor on the sauce. The Kema and Garlic Basil Naans were good. That is the only thing that I have had better. But they are still very good. The Mango Lassi was nice and thick. Good flavor.I would definitely come back. The people were Awesome. Great customer service“
“Absolutely delicious! It's just the right amount of heat and flavor; the perfect fusion. The pizza is very dry though, I would love to see this restaurant offer raita as a dipping sauce because ranch doesn't feel right for the curry flavors.“
“Nice ambiance, very hospitable staff and good service, we ordered Chole bhature, aloo tikki, shahi paneer (shredded) and veg biryani the food was fresh and exceptionally tasty, sesame naan was very soft, sweet yogurt drink was perfect, in all a very good Indian/pakistani restaurant, I strongly recommend this restaurant “
“Food was very good and the portions to price ratio was great. The people are lovely. My only suggestion would be to have a kabob plate as an entree so you don’t have to order everything separately. The menu could use a revamp with better pictures and descriptions for those of us who aren’t super familiar with Indian food.“
