One of life's happiest accidents was finding Everest Curry.
We had no idea how spoiled we'd been by the Himalayan restaurant we'd had in our little town of Jackson until it closed (for renevations) and we had to go in search of comparable food. It just wasn't to be found...anywhere...or so we thought.

Playing $18 for a butter chicken and being charged for rice is super tacky if I'm being honest. Just charge me $20 and include the rice.. make NOT wanting rice optional don't make the Obvious choice $4-$5 extra dollars 🤷 just a thought. But maybe that works for ur financial plan, also the Dahl soup tasted amazing. But it was just broth.. I don't know if I seen a single lentil in there..but it WAS STILL DELICIOUS ✅
