The location is pleasant and kept clean by the staff. However, the experience can be a hit and miss. Some visits are good, while others are not. The product is generally considered expensive and mediocre. There have been issues with faulty lids and cuts in the mouth part of cups, causing spills. One customer reported a slice in the cup that spilled everywhere. Contacting customer service resulted in a robotic reply and a 1-800 number, which was not helpful. Despite these problems, some customers visit regularly because the location is worth it to them.
