Usually don’t leave reviews but long story short I came in 10 mins before closing not knowing the hours of course and the young gentleman decided to help me even though I didn’t wanna waste their time. He insisted and took care of me anyways. Great customer service here, store clean af, and ice cream on point. Thanks again
This Cold Stone location, absolutely saved the day for us. We were in a pinch trying to find the perfect ice cream cake, and not only did they come through. Ramneek, the wonderful lady, who took our order didn’t just help us out; she fulfilled a four‑year‑old’s dream. I was planning to get a cake for my little cousin and had a few questions. Jessi was the one who answered the phone and gave the best Customer Service! Answering all my questions quickly and with all the info that I needed.

A customer planning to get a cake for a little cousin had questions, and the person who answered the phone gave the best customer service, answering quickly with all the info needed. The family loves everything from ice cream to cakes, and the staff are accommodating and very nice. One customer ordered two cakes, and the person did an amazing job decorating them, even calling to confirm all the details. The flavors were delicious and came out just as expected. Another customer got the best service and was helped to make up their mind with all the amazing ice cream options.
