Silva's Taquería Ceres is a taco truck with no place to sit, so a car works just fine. The best part is they take cards. The Asada burrito and Asada tacos are the BEST in the whole area of Ceres and Modesto. The Burris burrito was absolutely delicious, with plenty of meat and cheese and balanced fillings. The flavors were intense but not overly hot or spicy. The birria quesatacos (quesabirria) are hands-down the best, prepared with care, flavor, and quality. The homemade-style horchata is not to be missed. The woman who took the order was patient and let customers know what ingredients were in each item. All the food is great, offering great value and consistently satisfying meals. Parking is available at the bar and on the street. It’s next to a bar but not a bad area.
