“Hole-in-the-wall dive serves the best fish I’ve ever had. It’s the kind of fish where you think “I’m full, I should stop,” but the texture and taste are so perfect that you have to finish it. Fried oysters are okay. If fries are vital to you, dine in: they don’t use the kind that stay crisp on the drive home. Service is plenty fine for what it is: they are cranking out big orders at high speed.“

“I’ve stopped at this location many times over the last 20 years for gas or a soda and snacks, and for the first time today finally tried the chicken. Prior to today I’ve only had the biscuits which are ADDICTING! The only biscuits that come close to as delicious are Texas Roadhouse but really Texas has rolls, and Krispy Krunchy Chicken has actual biscuits.

Anyways, I was disappointed with my purchase today only because I had to get chicken tenders instead of a thigh or leg, and they don’t sell all the side options which are printed on the menu. I wanted red beans and rice and had to get the wedges.

However, I am so satisfied with the food I got that I stopped eating before i finished to type this review. I will definitely be stopping for food here more often. Hoping to try an actual chicken piece besides the tenders one day.“
