I understand that multiple coupons on a busy day could be overwhelming, but during my visit I was the only car in the drive thru and I was still only able to use 2 coupons and 1 when I came back around. I was unaware that I had to use so many coupons a day, or per location. Milkshakes were thin and returned them and got my money back.. the Perron needs to be retrained.. while waiting I witnessed the guy giving the wrong order to a customer at the drive through
