I waited all day to eat here with my wife after coming back from SF from coming from a cancer appointments I had I just had CJs yesterday and it was amazing I older the wrong chicken sandwich and I took one bite out of it the manager said “ you should know what your oldering” that’s not what you say to your customers I worked in fast food so many years it’s simple to remake it and make the customer happy to not have a bad review or lose business I played on getting food tomorrow from CJs as well but after this am not going to eat here anymore or my family if the customer service is trash I won’t waste my time and she’s Mexican I know she was talking about me to her workers because thay looked at me and was laughing it was just a bad experience & the manager was unprofessional

Cashier Martin was rude and didn’t even acknowledge me at the window. Just stuck his hand out waiting for the payment. No customer service at all. Carl’s Jr needs to retrain their employees.
Went in with my family and loved the chicken stars. They were so good and will most definitely be going back due to diversity . They are also Spanish speaking friendly.
