Food is very good. Breakfast is self serve. Dinner has options from vegan to steak. Wait staff are attentive and provide good description of the items on the menu. I have stayed at the Doubletree Hilton a couple of times and have eaten here each time. The first time, I just had their Butternut squash soup. It had a coconut base and was amazing. I'm usually not the biggest fan of butternut squash soup, but theirs had so much flavor. My friend got the short ribs and said they were amazing. The second time I got their falafel wrap and fries, the fries were really good. The wrap was food but not the best, I am grateful for veggie options, though....read full review
