Edit: The company itself reached out and helped amend the mistake.
Normally for this location all employees are nice and the food is hot and fresh.“
“I placed an online order and it was made correctly. The manager who packaged my order did a great job. I always order condiments and this location is the only one that puts them in. Excellent service and attention to detail. Thank you for quality.“
“Always very prompt and I find it easier to order on the app and pick up, then it is to go through the drive-thru. That way, at least I don't have 10 people behind me waiting while I make sure my $40+ order is correct. If you use the app you really do get a lot better bang for your buck. You can use rewards to redeem for almost anything on their menu. Also, the app has special discounts and coupons that you wouldn't normally ever be able to get if it weren't for the app. I have been very happy with how much it truly saves me money 🤑💰🍟🥧🍔🐔👑🍦🍨“
“The service is always good. The food isn't what it used to be, but that's the suppliers and all that, and nothing against the employees. When a mistake happens, they make it right. The young lady manager with glasses and blond hair is very sweet.“

So I recently went for breakfast and used the app as i always do. I didn't realize until I got home they did not put in any of the 4 hashbrowns that should have come with my order. They didn't give me the napkins or the condiments I ordered. I called to let them know and they said I would have to go back to get everything they missed. I explained that wasn't possible. Rather than offer to send a gift certificate for the value or take down my name And number so that when I go there the next time I just need to tell them I'm on a list which is what they used to do in the past. Unfortunately I was told that there was nothing they could do unless I wanted to come back that same day. It was pretty disappointing. What's even more disappointing is I am a very loyal customer. I go to McDonald's at least once a day EVERYDAY!“
“Lots of high school students not sure Modesto high has open campus but a lot in the dining area. Food good but kind of took forever to get a large coffee. The screen that tells you your order up my order number disappeared after I got my food not coffee.“
“This used to be a great McDonlfs to go to, not so much as of late. They need to brush up on how they make their new drinks. Anytime I get one that has the cold foam in it, they really do not put any foam in the drink. I ordered the Orange Dream twice, and there was just a small squirt of foam in it. I essentially paid $5 for an orange Hi-C. I'm not asking for a whole bunch h in the drink, but at least give a decent amount for what I paid for, not just the Hi-C. Also ordered a Filet O Fish with extra sauce only to receive the sandwich with no fish patty in it and no sauce. It was the two buns and a piece of cheese. I took the sandwich back in, and they just tossed a fish patty in it and gave it back. Still with no sauce. So again I had to take it back. Also with almost any sandwich, they never really put sauce. You have to ask for extra just to get an small dab put on your burger. Most likely will not go back to this McDonalds any longer. especially after basically paying $5 for a Hi-C.“
“I love the customer service here and they are very polite and take care of the customers. But there’s one hang up, why is the restaurant always dirty in the morning. The bathroom smells bad and is extremely dirty. I don’t understand that.“
“I don't go for the food just the ice coffees, but the staff there are extremely polite, I have my Favorite his name is Ismael he knows how Just to make my Ice Coffees. And he's always got a smile on his face and greets all the customers with a smile.
So go to the McDonald's at Herndon & Hatch Rd for a Meal or My personal favorite
A lrg French ice coffee light ice, 2 pumps of vanilla, and whip cream on top. Don't knock it until you try it.

“I don’t do Food/drink deliveries or anything; But I give you guys credit who work for uber eats/instacart for delivering drinks/food to customers … it is tough to find the perfect parking spot, wait for the order and then carefully set it in your “nice car.”
With that said: I decided to order these new refreshers for my Dentist office, since they are so nice and helpful to me.
I asked for a bag or something to put the drinks in and they doubled the drink trays to make it stronger and durable! Excellent!
I have 0 cup holders in my car and I always spill everything while driving so this helped me out a lot!
Fast service too and these refreshers taste amazing! Dentist office was so happy to get these on a hot day!“
“first time ive stopped at this location. went through the drive thru for breakfast. best out of all the mcds ive been too.. food was hot, fresh..coffee hot .made correctly..the soda was great and the service was great at each window etc. great job“
“I feel outstanding connection and customer service was strongly represented in my casual rush through this McDonalds in perticular!
The window attendant made very certain I felt appreciated for waiting for my order to complete,
His vibe and extra effort for making my delay seem more like an opportunity to do it well was not missed.
“Have a good day” was backed up by his actions and pleasant demeanor and I must say it did!
It made a difference for the start of my day, I did not see a name tag , but I will say it was the dark curly haired gentleman attending the second window that brought out my steak biscuits and + orange juice around 6:50 this morning
I made sure to take the trouble to write this review just in the chance it may make a difference in his day as his actions and attitude framed mine so well.

“Madison has gone above and beyond for us and other customers! Always greeting us with a smile and a positive attitude. Never before I gone to a mcdonald's of seeing an employee that has a kind worker. Seen her doing mobile order drop off and back to register taking orders. Definitely wanna come back here just for the great atmosphere! 100/10 service!!! :)
