“One of the better McDonald's outlet. Only been a walk-in customer, and service is welcoming and food prepared with consistent quality. I like that one can order items al-la-carte, especially the breakfast menu. All in all, I give this outlet a thumbs up.“
“Clean, safe place to bring my grandson for lunch and some playtime in Playland. The employees are friendly and the place is spotless. Thank youKid-friendliness: Very fun and well maintained amusement area for small children.Parking: Perimeter of storeWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible on all entrances and the washroomaDietary restrictions: Low fat dairy products“
“You get exactly what you came for. Milkshake machine isn't broken like it seems to be at every other location, and sometimes Sausage Egg McMuffins are just the thing to hit the spot after a long work night.Parking: In the same strip mall/business center as O'Brien's located on the corner of the Dale Ave and Penandale Ave intersection.“
“0 stars for management, 5 for the young woman that helped me.Was asked to go out front and there were no spaces except one far from the entrance. Never happened to me before here. Parked in the one spot, then moved closer. Order was taking long so I went inside and my order was gone because they couldn’t find me and assumed I had left. The manager (tall white guy) asked if I had my receipt. I told them I asked for no receipt (a girl at the pay window had asked me if I wanted one like she’s supposed to and I said no).A nice young woman comes to retake my order since it wasn’t simple and I can hear management yelling at her to come to the back. What’s she’s supposed to do, drop her pen and paper and leave me there? No way whatever they needed was as urgent as the manager was making it sound. Later on I could hear a male manager or team lead angrily criticizing her from the lobby. Totally childish and unprofessional of him; it accomplishes nothing. She wasn’t even the person that met me at the pickup window, meaning she had no reason to have an image of me or my car. This Macdonald’s is the fastest of any fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to anywhere. It’s a shame it seems they’re achieving that by means of workplace hostility and intimidation. Management was well within their ability to check their facility cameras where my car would’ve been visible, and instead chose to abandon the order and misplace blame for their mistake onto the only employee who addressed me with a friendly and helpful tone while resolving this. Yeah she couldn’t find my car, neither did they and that’s the entire point of their management title: broader functions.I actually hesitated to write this because there was so much tension back there that I got the impression the young woman might be penalized if I made any sort of complaint. I shouldn’t be able to get that impression from 10 minutes of sitting in the building. To the manager/team leads in the back who were audibly frustrated: I’ve worked in fast food, fast casual with fine ingredients, and I’ve managed teams in the tech industry. Your particular brand of personnel management is short-sighted and elementary. I hope you’re able to unlearn being a tool long enough to understand that your conduct in this instance increases the likelihood of costly errors and is unnecessary to efficient operations.“
“The inside is clean. The service was quick and pleasant. The issue is and I say this for all fast food is the homeless population that surrounds these establishments. You would think McDonald's being the real estate moguls they are would understand this issue and resolve it with maybe buying out one of these old department stores that's boarded up like say KMart and turn it into a legit shelter that these guys would actually use. Not ones with early in early out curfews and your living area is your living area. If you poke around you'll find out these people would go if it wasn't for the strict guidelines.Kid-friendliness: Kids love McDonald's, that's why you guys should step up and help the homeless issue that surrounds you establishments!“
“Pleased with the food & service but since the new restaurant opened & new employees were hired I find them not so friendly & rude at times with the exception of a young lady called MARIA! She gives exceptional customer service! She's kind, helpful & patient. She actually asked if she could help me with the menu! It's hard to get that these days. Hope they'll follow her example!“
“There's not really a lot to be said about McDonald's. It hasn't changed much in the last 60 years except the prices. It's not one of my favorite places to eat. But it is okay for something fast. When I first went to a McDonald's, hamburgers were 15 cents a “
“The food at McDonald's is always good, but on the day I visited my neighborhood restaurant, the food presentation was not pleasant. My Big Mac was what seemed like it was just thrown in the box. I had to reassemble my burger myself, but overall, my meal was delicious. we all get on a rush at some point in our lives. All I ask is that don't rush on a good thing, take your time, and make it presentable the first time“
“Went through the drive through with my sons, who are 2 and 6 mo., in the backseat of my work truck . The cashier gave me the most snake in the grass look i've ever recieved. Surprise was the reaction on my face as i didn't know her. She then slammed the window and checked all the bills, even the dollar bills after the larger bills checked fine. She then was still not satified thay the marler said they were good they where legit. She held them up checking them Under the Light then proceeded to grab a manager. And then told him she suspected. They were fake and had the manager. Check the manager saw the marker marks, asked. If she had tested him with the marker, she said. Yes, and the demarches said they were fine. He said why are you wasting time with this thing? And he proceeded to serve me because she refused to oh wow, never once having an interaction with her besides handing over my money.Manager didn't even apologize for the behavior to said that a lot of people bringing counterfeit $1 bills. So they have to check. This whole interaction that transpired while in the line of the drive through show how much effort when the employees put in to proving my money was counterfeit. Yet the trash cans of the parking lot are overflowing with garbage. They're in a pretty centralized Hi foot traffic area And service was decent only because the food order was done. Well, fresh but handing it out. The window was the only issue I would recommend stopping And eating at this location only if you're paying with a card and you don't plan on staying.Dietary restrictions: Sugar, salt, oils,Parking: There are aboit 16 parking spaces total and three are motor cycle spots 5 compact and theres an alley way with telephone polesRight qere you parkKid-friendliness: Not kid ftiemdly“
“The service is usually pretty fast here. Never got an order of mines wrong.[Update] very chill vibe on the inside. Team member Alma has excellent customer service skills. Hopefully she becomes the manager soon so everybody can follow her lead!“
“They are always friendly even during busy hours. It’s a clean atmosphere. They’re quick and I’ve never seen them in a foul mood. Even when the drive through line looks long it moves along smoothly. When you dine in the employees always greet you with a smile and a friendly attitude. Def one of the best McDonald’s in town.“
“We've all been to a McDonald's and have had plenty different versions of customer service, a consistent taste of the food.. And generally the same experience with the environment. But, at this location CARLA made my experience a unique one. Not even with a smile... It was just a nice conversation, and a good vibe while I was ordering. As I waited for my food, I listened to get interact with other customers the same.. And I thought to myself, how lucky this franchise owner (if this isn't a corporate location) is to have an employee with this type of positive gravity.Parking: Pleanty of spots. Also located next to a gas station.“
