Always very prompt and I find it easier to order on the app and pick up, then it is to go through the drive-thru. That way, at least I don't have 10 people behind me waiting while I make sure my $40+ order is correct. If you use the app you really do get a lot better bang for your buck. You can use rewards to redeem for almost anything on their menu.
