Poor customer service. Odered at the kiosk for table service. Another customer had to inform me that my food was ready. When I asked what the purpose of grabbing the tent. The manager on duty informed me that they can choose whether or not to follow their own service.
Okay, I honestly didn't feel like writing this review, but every time I go here at night, after 10PM, sometimes there's this black girl that takes my order and always gets everything wrong. She has zero customer service skills and just downright rude. Like, why are you here if you don't want to be here? Annoying and frustrating to the highest degree.
