“At first I was ready to give this place a 1 Star, not only did the workers for get our one of our fries, but after my husband got home, we realized they forgot 3 of our meal deal nuggets! ALTHOUGH when I got there, Dinesha seen me and immediately helped me out. Once she heard I had to drive back just for some nuggets, she immediately was on it! Upgraded my nuggets to a 10 piece each, I asked for a large fry for my inconvenience and she went above and beyond asked if I wanted an ice cream and a pie as complimentary as well. In fact, when she handed me the rest of my order, she said she threw in some cookies as well and everything was fresh!! She is a great hardworking employee and turned my frustration into an exceptional visit! Thank you Dinesha for your hard work!! 🫶🏼“

“Ok so my kids are 10 years apart and play places seemed to be a thing of the past that my youngest would not get a chance to experience but this location has a clean area with engaging activities. If I were like on a road trip and needed to let the kids let loose for a moment before getting back into the car. I would be glad this was the McDonald's I chose to stop at.“

“Update: Monday, January 15, 2023 PMThis is two reviews one. First, I ordered DoorDash delivery the other night from this McDonald’s and it really got screwed up…the whole order was wrong. I complained. Somebody noticed because a day or two later I received a call from Samantha who is, I believe, the daytime manager. She offered to remake the order.I took her up on that offer tonight. I went into McDonald’s with a print-out from my DoorDash order. They made the order and everything was perfect! Quarter pounders with cheese were made correctly and the McNuggets were fresh and hot!I appreciate a business that stands behind their products and takes care of their customers like this.I know McDonald’s gets a lot of bad mouthing. But I find that you ask for the order to be cooked hot and fresh, it is actually good.Thank you, Samantha for making it right.I am a happy customer!———————-Update: Wednesday, November 1, 2023 PMWent here specifically tonight for McNuggets. Very disappointed! I asked for them to be cooked hot and fresh and I think they were but they were overcooked, dark brown, almost burned? I should’ve complained but I didn’t. I ate them in misery. Different crews run the operation differently. This was not a crew I was familiar with.Better luck to me next time if there is a next time!_______________Update: Tuesday, October 24, 2023 PMI needed to get my McDonald’s fix tonight. I used the app and got the deal… 20 piece McNugget and a fry!I asked for both items to be cooked to order and they were! Hot and fresh!McDonald’s food is actually tasty when it’s hot and fresh. Once it cools off it has been sitting around for 15 minutes it’s no bueno!I was still hungry after my McNuggets and I had a code from the survey…buy any sandwich get any sandwich free. So I used it on a couple of fish filet sandwiches. Again, cooked to order. They were cooked fresh and hot, the bun was steamy and soft. Quite tasty. Only thing I noticed the sandwiches have gotten quite small! Tiny! And the price is now $5.39! A great example of shrinkflation.Come on Ronald…either make the sandwich affordable or increase the size. You can’t have both.This particular McDonald’s has an awesome crew in the evening. Yes!I stop here frequently to pick up a large decaf in the evening. Normally I get good service but if JENNY is working, I get amazing service. She is an awesome manager.If they don’t have decaf or if it’s been sitting there a while she will see to it that they make a new pot!And then I had my 10 creams! Lol—————————-Update: Sunday, September 18, 2022Typical McDonald’s. They don’t listen to what you request when you order. Tonight I wanted chicken nuggets. I wanted them made hot and fresh. I specified that when I ordered. One container out of the three that I ordered was made fresh and hot. The other three containers were taken out of a warmer drawer which pissed me off! I paid good money and I want hot and fresh food. Is that so hard to comprehend? I don’t want my hot and fresh food diluted with lukewarm food!Other than that the employees were awesome. They were quite busy. But yet they were friendly and congenial.I guess McDonald’s is back to their one dollar any size soda. My large Diet Coke was only one dollar. And yes, McDonald’s sodas do taste better than normal sodas. I guess it’s the water and the stainless steel syrup tanks.I’ll probably go back here but I will definitely specify how I want my food and if it’s not made correctly I will take it back and asked for it to be replaced!“

“Strangest McDonald's experience ever. Inside it's almost bare, with two tables, no chairs, and a set of four Wet Floor cones lined up at an odd angle. A doorway leads to the Sonic Mart next door. The janitor's closet door is ajar. The sound system is playing two totally unrelated streams of music. Loud jazz trumpet on top of a Disney ballad, xylophone over country rock, jazz guitar over a house track. Saw Backrooms recently and this totally fits.“
