McDonald's in Elk Grove

“This is the best McDonald's in our area, we visit you all the time and are happy with the service and always delicious freshly prepared burgers, I have been visiting this place for 3 years, You have very friendly staff, always clean, and attentive to customers.“

“Absolutely great experience. They were super busy, working hard. Two orders got mixed up (which happened when you're busy) but they figured out the situation, gave us both new fries! All with a smile on there face .. then, gets even better!! One employee was literally taking care of the lobby like I've never seen she was on her hands and knees scrubbing scuffs, spilled food, everything.. smile on her face, bathrooms, spotless, lobby, spotless. All this during lunch rush. Absolutely impressive“

“This is always a good place for us to stop by before church. Grab a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner before any kind of event for the night. Even as a playhouse for the kids to play on. Drive-Thru is decent but sometimes I don't understand why it takes so long just to make two cheeseburger where they have to park me on stall#1 to wait for my food even though I was the only one in line and three cars behind me.“

“we pulled into the drive thru with a code and the cashier girl took the code. she then said she didn’t get the code but on the app it had been redeemed. she proceeded to put our order in like the code had been redeemed. after confusion and the manager being involved, our food had been comped and it was greatly appreciated. the manager seemed stressed out for how to get the deal uploaded but she had great service towards me and helped as much as she could. she was an amazing employee displaying great people skills. i didn’t catch the managers name but she was a white lady with glasses. she also gave me the huntrix fries seasoning on the side, love her!!!“

“I stopped by McDonald’s in Elk Grove thinking it would be a quick bite, but it turned into a small comedy show. The guy ahead of me ordered fries, changed his mind three times, and somehow the staff handled it like professionals on stage. My order came out perfectly, hot, and faster than expected. Honestly, the fries alone could convince anyone that simplicity done right still wins.“
