“Stopped by the Pocket McDonald’s and had a really pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, patient, and the restaurant was clean and well maintained. Service was quick, and my order came out fresh and correct.
As a mom of a child on the spectrum, I also appreciate locations that feel calm and welcoming when dining with families. Thank you to the team for the positive experience 🤎🍟“
“Continously judged & treated like a 2nd class citizen. Management is also quite bigoted in their values & handling of customers. Example: I've been a paying customer for close to a decade W/out incident however due to my choice to wear a backpack the general consensus is that im homeless & therefore not alotted the privilege to PAY FOR MY FOOD nor worthy of basic dignified respectful communication that any stranger on the street deserves in my opinion. So in a nutshell: poor review & dont subject yourselves to the McDonald's on Fulton discrimination and lack of courthouses“

“I received exceptional service from a young lady named Briseth tonight. She was kind, compassionate and courteous when the Starbucks next door lacked all of those things.
I hope she gets some well deserved, special recognition for being a kind individual in a day/time that it is so rare to find.“
“This location accepts EBT inside or in the drive thru and it just what one would expect from McDonalds. Super friendly helpful staff nice and clean inside. The food was served hot and fresh and very fast.

“Didn't have any soda's available (which we didn't mind- we got 2 enjoy their tea's), but was given 2 cookies 4 inconvenience...which was surprisingly considerate!!! We would definitely return!! The restaurant was VERY clean- which is not seen in most of McD's...BIG shout-out 2 the manager/supervisor who assisted me & my son post-church services...THANK YOU!!!!🙏💯“

“Good quality of McDonald's food here, breakfast does not miss here but I do have to say the times I have to walk inside to either use the bathroom (that doesn't have a corny lock on it thankfully!) or to redeem multiple rewards from my McDonald's app, the interior genuinely smells like a middle school boys bathroom with a lingering scent of farts and pee. Spray the inside with Febreeze or plug in an Airwick bruh !“
“Passed by this McDonald's location on Mack Road yesterday morning Saturday June 7th with My Father. He and I did laundry early in the morning before going here to eat breakfast. The atmosphere was good. When I was ready to order the worker mentioned that they cannot accept receipts for Buy One Get One Any Sandwich offer because the receipt was at a different location. I was shocked, wasn't expecting that to happen. For breakfast, I ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit Meal with a Hash Brown and Large Hot Coffee with four creams and three Splenda's and two sausage burritos with hot picante sauce. My Father ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Bagel Meal with a Hash Brown and a Large Hot Coffee with four creams and three Splenda's as well. Overall, I would give this rating a 4.8 out of 5.“
“McDonald's offers a consistently enjoyable experience with quick service, delicious and affordable menu options, and a decent atmosphere. Their fries were perfectly salted and warm, and the Mcchicken never disappoints. Perfect for a satisfying meal on the go.“
“I want to first start by saying that the service I received today from Anderson, Jai and Precious has restored my faith in humanity. The patience and professionalism far exceeded my expectations. I do not live in the neighborhood but will be returning to this location on the days that my family chooses McDonalds. “Recently I visited 3773 Northgate Mc Donald’s I have been a customer for over a year and I was really impressed by a cashier named Julian. He was so polite and friendly and reached every detail to make our visit memorable. Out of so many times me and my family have been there I have seen and met many workers and believe me they are so rude and ignore our needs. Hopefully they hire more workers like Julian, people like him deserve every single penny they earn and make their business look greater 👍“
“If this visit is referring to the 24-hour one, then yes, this location is awesome. I never have a problem with my food, and my fries are always fresh when I ask never re-dropped. And I haven't had any rude service, so that's definitely a plus as well.“

Yes, I know it may not be the healthiest choice, but they have $2 fries in the app. And when I'm in a rush, $3 any breakfast sandwiches on the app. Also, $1 for 10 nuggets, cmon son. “I visited this McDonald’s and would rate it three stars. You always know what you’re getting with McDonald’s—reliable, like picking up a screwdriver. The food was exactly as expected: consistent, familiar, and fine for what it is. However, the new decor in the lobby and building is strangely off-putting, with a dystopian, almost Soviet brutalist style of muted colors and stark shapes. It feels cold and unwelcoming compared to the bright, playful vibes of the old McDonald’s with their colorful designs and childhood play gardens. Bring back that cheerful vibe! It’s not bad, but the atmosphere drags the experience down.“
“Lots of employees at this location. Frequented daily by me for soda. Freshly cooked items throughout the day. Non selfish employees. Everyone is a team player, communication is great for order accuracy. Environment is skeptical. Feels like its better to order with the team than the kiosk. Lots of homeless activities, people sleeping in their cars, Uber drivers. Location is next to a trailer/mobile homes.“

“I go here almost daily unfortunately, but besides the not so great macros, this place is fantastic. The food though unhealthy, always tastes amazing, It's cooked well, and orders are never misconstrued. Above that the staff is great. Always the nicest poeple taking orders. The place seems clean even though its within a mile of a high school and a massive park and must get solid traffic. Definitely Recommended.“

“Went through the drive-thru to pick up lunch for Dad & I. It was slow. The service was great when it was my turn, but never found out what the line didn't move for nearly 5 minutes or more per car. I was in line almost 25 minutes. I was concerned about the perishable in the back of my car. The person behind me backed out, but I'd already ordered & was stuck. They only have drive thru waiting parking spots, so going inside didn't seem to be an option. Please note my ratings are based only on this visit.“
“It's was okay. Can't hear when they call ur order different # than kiosk after you pay changed. Inside order to usually longer. But confusing menu looks like combos came with drink but no. Couldn't tell how to get the deal but one get one for $1 so had to pay at register and No Gluen Free items only fries or ice berge lettuce salad. Ppl don't realize there's over 33% of ppl in the United States that are Gluten Free eaters.“

“This McDonalds was okay, they constantly have rowdy customers and unhoused people around which isn’t their fault. They also always seemed to be short staffed, but they still give me my food with a smile and apologize if anything is wrong or I wanted something else! I do think I’m just lucky with the people I encountered doing the drive thru.“

I had a fantastic experience at the drive-thru thanks to Emilio, a Crew Trainer at McDonald’s. His energy, professionalism, and friendly attitude truly stood out. From taking the order to handing it over with a smile, he was fast, courteous, and made the entire interaction smooth and pleasant.
It’s clear that Emilio takes pride in his work and values great customer service. In a world where good service is sometimes hard to come by, Emilio reminded me that there are still people who go the extra mile to make your day better.
