“Honestly 9/10 times I come here the food is fire, the service is always good and tbh honest it’s the best mcds I’ve been too. There’s occasionally a one off where the fries are cold and the service sucks but it’s few and far between“

“There's an old hag that works here that accused me of trying to steal soda when I was only trying to fill up my cup with ice so I could put my soda from the cat in it an normally I'm understanding due to people stealing soda or what not but this lady was watching me an seen I dumped out my water an was pushing the ice button then wanted to get all loud an try an call me out on something I was not doing so of course I put her in her place but beware of the old hag with long hair with a haggy face 😅“

“This location accepts EBT inside or in the drive thru and it just what one would expect from McDonalds. Super friendly helpful staff nice and clean inside. The food was served hot and fresh and very fast.

“Absolutely stellar experience. The employees are awesome, friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The service is excellent, and everything runs smoothly. “I go here almost daily unfortunately, but besides the not so great macros, this place is fantastic. The food though unhealthy, always tastes amazing, It's cooked well, and orders are never misconstrued. Above that the staff is great. Always the nicest poeple taking orders. The place seems clean even though its within a mile of a high school and a massive park and must get solid traffic. Definitely Recommended.“

“Recently I visited 3773 Northgate Mc Donald’s I have been a customer for over a year and I was really impressed by a cashier named Julian. He was so polite and friendly and reached every detail to make our visit memorable. Out of so many times me and my family have been there I have seen and met many workers and believe me they are so rude and ignore our needs. “I don't usually go to McDonalds. Nothing against it, it's just not my favorite lunch spot. I was in the area today and decided to stop at this one. It was very clean inside and the staff was polite.

I ordered the $6 chicken sandwich, nuggets, and drink combo. The food was out fast and it was not bad! They gave me plenty of condiments, napkins, and even a straw. The last time I went into a McDonalds was the one on Broadway in Sacramento and that area is a dump but this one was a completely different experience. The next time I'm out here I will be back for sure.“

“I visited this McDonald’s and would rate it three stars. You always know what you’re getting with McDonald’s—reliable, like picking up a screwdriver. The food was exactly as expected: consistent, familiar, and fine for what it is. However, the new decor in the lobby and building is strangely off-putting, with a dystopian, almost Soviet brutalist style of muted colors and stark shapes. It feels cold and unwelcoming compared to the bright, playful vibes of the old McDonald’s with their colorful designs and childhood play gardens. Bring back that cheerful vibe! It’s not bad, but the atmosphere drags the experience down.“

“Pulled up late night at 11:47 PM for a McChicken and some fries. Dude at the speaker said “one moment please” and disappeared for 8 minutes. I thought bro clocked out mid-order.
Finally got to the window and the employee handed me my bag and whispered “be careful.” 🤨 BE CAREFUL OF WHAT???
Opened the bag and there were 19 ketchup packets, no napkins, and TWO forks. I DIDN’T ORDER ANYTHING REQUIRING A FORK.
Fries were hot though. Ate every single one.
As I was leaving, I saw an employee chasing a pigeon through the parking lot with a broom.
10/10. I have no idea what’s happening at this establishment. Will return.“

“The fries were very lightly salted. You could barely taste the salt, and that’s what I go to McDonald’s for. Their yummy fries. They were not so yummy this time. I’ll go back though because maybe it was just the fry person for that day or hour.“

“Calm building, friendly and fast paced service, the music was too loud. I was attempting to enjoy my meal and place a phone call and I couldn't hear the other end of the phone call nor could they hear me because the volume. But otherwise a genuinely peaceful good tasting meal.“

I do not live in the neighborhood but will be returning to this location on the days that my family chooses McDonalds. “I had such a wonderful experience at the 8300 Elk Grove Florin Rd location! I stopped by to get a cheeseburger Happy Meal for my daughter, and the employees were absolutely amazing. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful.

“I love going to McDonald’s they have such a selection. My favorite is the French vanilla no sugar large coffee for like $4.20. It’s a great option if you want to get a coffee it’s much cheaper than Starbucks, but they have all kinds of other coffee drinks as well.“
