I get this place five stars customer service off the hook and Foods always hot and Fries always hot just made right the only thing is man it stays busy it's always busy not the place to go if you're on your way to work or lunch

The Fair Oaks location! The food is fine. Just like any other McDonald’s. I like that this location sells bags of ice. Very convenient for a good price. My problem with this location is multiple employees here are VERY RUDE! Managers, register people and window people. It’s understandable that working fast food can be stressful, but living day to day life can be stressful as well. There are three McDonald's that we go to on a regular basis! One on Fruitridge, one on Florin Road, and one on 30th Street. The one on Florin is the one that is on our route from the Moose Lodge to our house, so we go to the drive-thru most often! It is very convenient! We always get the same thing!!
