The order was correct and the overall food and quality were okay. However the cashier that was taking our order. The food prep guy got confused about a drink we ordered and a coworker had to step in and help them remake it again. The guy was really spaced out and may have been having a bad day. Overall it was an okay experience, will I go back sure but always double check your order before driving off.
Service at this McDonald’s is very slow. The drive-thru was backed up with a long line of cars, and it took much longer than expected to get through. Their operation and drive-thru management definitely need improvement.
This location has some of the slowest service I’ve ever encountered at a McDonald’s. And they don’t communicate with the customers. They’ll let you order, say, ice cream, wait 10 minute or more, then you ask them where your order is, then they tell you they have no ice cream, then it takes another 5-10 minutes to have them give you a cash refund even though you paid with your card… if your time isn’t valuable, you’ll love this McDonald’s

McDonald's offers convenient service through their app, allowing customers to order ahead and take advantage of great deals. The app seems to benefit both customers and employees, leading to pleasant experiences. The drive-thru staff provide excellent customer service, making visits to McDonald's an enjoyable experience. The staff are awesome for the most part, and the orders come out right more often than most McDonald's. The move to digital has affected their customer service, but the staff are nice when you can get their attention.
