Drive-thru seems to always be faster than going in. I waited almost 15 minutes for two burritos while countless orders kept going through drive thru. Burritos were just warm, not hot.
The food was pretty good as always... the only problem are the workers every time I visit. I was in the drive thru for 15 minutes. The lady at the first window asked what I ordered! I let them know even though I did already at the drive thru, then at the second window they asked me again what I ordered and they asked for my receipt... so I gave it to them, they gave it back and they looked LOST! The Taco Bell app had a problem that caused it to charge my credit card without the order being completed. Even though the app showed the purchase as incomplete, the staff (including the manager) provided me with my meal and made sure that my order was correct.
