Terrible food and even worse customer service. I stopped by mid afternoon. I chose to go into the restaurant to eat.I was surprised that I was only 1 of 3 customers. The other 2 were already served and eating.I ordered a Big Mac Combo. I was charged $12.71. And then waited just over 10 minutes for my order. It is very apparent that automation is taking over this location. And the customer service is just history.

This location takes the fast out of fast food. There were only 2 cars ahead of me, but the wait time was sooooo long! They had to ask me several time what I had, got no sauce that was asked for, no napkins. Overall experience was bad. No fast food drive through should ever take that long.

They didn't open their doors until 7:15am when the sign said 7am. Then the lady working there said I had to buy something before I could use the bathroom. I asked politely again and said I will buy breakfast after going to the bathroom and she refused. The other customer there couldn't believe such poor customer service either and was shaking his head. I just left and won't be going back to this place. That sour obese woman can treat other customers like that but they won't get my business.

Have gone to this McDonald’s in the past many times and I usually order the 20 piece chicken nuggets Cook to order. I do not know how many times it hasn’t been cooked to order their cold hard and Disgusting. On Wednesday, February 21 of 2024 I decided I would go back and try it out again and I asked for them to be cooked to order and again they were not. Other times I have called and they have given me nuggets for free but I’m not looking for free nuggets. I would just like to go there and get them the way I ask and not have to worry about if they were done the way I had asked them to be done, I will not be going to this particular McDonald’s again since they do not do as you request

I did a curbside order pickup. I ordered fries with no salt and milk, for my toddlers Happy Meal.At curbside, I was given the Happy Meal and offered a chocolate milk, because they ran out of regular milk. My toddler can't drink chocolate milk. Later upon driving...I discovered..that the fries Had Salt.This restaurant location needs to get it together!!!!I'm absolutely NOT going back!!!!!
