“The staff at the McDonald’s Full Simp location behave unprofessionally and treat customers disrespectfully. Their conduct does not meet acceptable customer service standards and reflects inadequate staff training and management oversight.“
“It's McDonald's—exactly what you'd expect. Fries were hot, burger was kinda lopsided, and the ice cream machine was (shockingly) not broken. Service was decent, but the guy at the window looked like he was one bad order away from quitting. Not mad, not amazed. Just... fed.“
“Haters can hate all they want. McDonald's is always fast, fresh, has a budget menu and is one of the most consistent fast food restaraunts around. If you do notnuse the mobile app you are missing out. This location does it right and is holds the standard well.
Side note for management: Employees need to keep their ignorant political opinions from being heard by patrons. One person in particular was voicing his awful and just plain ignorant opinions spit out as facts for everyone to hear. It was very distasteful.“
