About McDonald's

McDonald's is a popular fast food chain that offers a range of meals and snacks. While some customers have reported issues with their orders, others have had positive experiences. A customer mentioned that they had to repeat their order three times at the drive-thru before receiving the wrong order at the window. This has happened multiple times at this store. However, another customer highlighted the fast service, praising a manager for being attentive and ensuring their order was correct, allowing them to be in and out in just 5 minutes. Despite previous complaints about missing items, the restaurant's app has been appreciated for providing affordable options like $2 fries and $1 for 10 nuggets, making it a good choice for those in a rush. Additionally, some customers have noted that the pie recipe has changed, with a thinner crust and less coffee, and there have been concerns about the French fries being reheated to the point of being hard. Even with these issues, many still find the restaurant's other food orders to be good.
