McDonald's in Lodi

“Nothing worse than trying to communicate with someone who 1. Don't like their job and 2. Don't have a clue to how to communicate with the public......It helps if you have a personality and you show your customers some respect. You would be surprised at how far that will go when you are working with the public.Why isn't anyone wearing hairnets?? Long hair dangling over the food is such a turn off.The food was ok but the chocolate shake was more like a glass of chocolate milk. So disappointing!I went thru the drive thru“

“Mcdonalds is Mcdonalds, but what is unique about this location is that it is always pretty empty. However, that still dudes not equal fast service. The food is usually hot, but they always ask me to pull around to a spot and wait. If it were not for that I would rate them 5 stars.“

The cherry on top was a young girl went and delivered food to a car touching several doors came back in and started making my drinks sticking all her fingers inside my cup.I spoke to the manager & told her I do not want that drink she made,the young girl got upset that I was not happy to except her dirty finger drink.
She seriously was disrespectful & ignoring me when I asked for more napkins had an attitude.
If everybody stopped coming to this McDonald's she would not be getting paid $20 something an hour to disrespect her customers that pay her payroll!“
