“It depends on which Nation's you go to. San Leandro is great, Stockton is good. So far the new location in Lodi isn't living up to expectations. The food is good; the problem is getting the food you actually ordered. Half of the burgers we got today were made wrong even though the orders were taken correctly. So far Lodi has done a good job with the pie we have come to expect from Nation's.“

“This is my favorite place to eat. I can't imagine eating at a McDonald's every again in life. I was met by two of the most polite young ladies. My bestie knew what was coming but said nothing. Our orders were taken and then, I hit them with "Can I take your picture for a review?" My bestie shook her head and smiled. She let them know that I do this all the time. Ariana and Evalina gave consent. What absolute darlings! I believe Ariana is new to the In N Out family. She was confident, didn't rush, eye contact was perfect and there was no stumbling over words. The place was packed as usual. These two young ladies are shaker and movers. They were moving the line effortlessly. It was one of those happy, loud, "Let's eat something good days" and everyone knew where to go. Thank you Ariana and Evalina“

“I normally go to the one by costco because it has never let me down in service and order accuracy. But I think this place is also on that same level. Genaro provided exceptional service every time I went back to order something different or ask for condiments. And he was patient and did not look annoyed at all even though I kept forgetting to order some things. This is a good place to eat Carl's Jr.“

The corporation should consider taking out the self serve soda fountain at least in the hood locations. “I went to Jack in the Box on 11/5 at Dinner Time. There were 4 cars 🚗 in the Drive Way, so I decided to go inside instead to avoid a Long Wait. I used to work in this Industry and I Still Remember that the Best Immediate Service is the Customer in person face to face. I and Another Customer waited 21 minutes! That's way to Long! I left very upset. My Order was their $7 dollar special that I Like! I asked for a courtesy fry. I was handed a kid size fry. After I left and was at home, I then Realized I was not given my two drinks for My $7.00 Special. I went back and I complained. The cashier at the time of my service was running around as she did earlier filling the orders. There were Only 3 employees. One was Make, chilling in as a cook and the other female was changing Advertising Signs. I explained to them that because my order was 21 minutes late, I was not given my drinks and received a child fry, I had no other choice but to Write a Review. The front cashier said, I forgot to give them to you, but they were both ready.
More employees should have been working during dinner time and no one should be Chill while one employee is running around and the other is changing Advertising Signs standing over food that is still cooking and is packaged.“

But when I have my dog with me he loves to go through the drive-thru some of the Wendy's will give your dog a pup Patty not like the pup cup from Starbucks which he also likes some Wendy's locations will actually give a pup Patty for your dog 🐕 which is for healthier than a pup cup which is just whipped cream 🍦 although they really loved it. None of the other Burger chains ⛓ offer a pup Patty except Wendy's. My grandkids tell me that I should use more emojis when I text. So this is about all I have to say except have a wonderful day and stay safe! Oh I also should add animals are a lot smarter than most people believe. Kilo my dog 🐕 gets excited 😆 when he sees the Wendy's sign.“

“My favorite is the broasted chicken. Probably the best fried chicken I’ve had. The ribeye steak sandwich is also great, although I’m not sure if it’s still on the menu. Customer service has not been the greatest in the past but looking forward to the promise of turning over a new leaf. Always great food. I must also say that some of the past criticism must be tempered with how extremely busy they usually are. But really no excuse not to treat customers as your number 1 priority. Hoping for the best. “I forgot just how good Carl's Jr is! There aren't many of them in the bay area, so it's pretty rare for us to visit one. Their burgers and chicken sandwiches are very good, their criss-cut fries are top notch, while I found their onion rings to be a bit disappointing. Overall, good food! This joint made the food on the spot, and the inside space was clean.“
