“It depends on which Nation's you go to. San Leandro is great, Stockton is good. So far the new location in Lodi isn't living up to expectations. The food is good; the problem is getting the food you actually ordered. Half of the burgers we got today were made wrong even though the orders were taken correctly. So far Lodi has done a good job with the pie we have come to expect from Nation's.“

“Food is good definitely better than a McDonald’s, for the price of a McDonald’s and here it’s definitely worth coming here, (as a family) the ranch tasted fresh homemade not like the store bought. I order the bacon burger it was good a little too salty but nothing the jalapeño poppers, mac n cheese, cheese sticks, and fries were good over all an 8.5 my total came out to $100 after ordering 6 meals (includes drink and fried) and four appetizers.“

The service was not to bad, but I just had to make more than 1 trip to get our order at the counter to the table. No trays for customers to use when they have more than 2 items to pickup to take to the table where they are going to be sitting at to eat their food.“

“I normally go to the one by costco because it has never let me down in service and order accuracy. But I think this place is also on that same level. Genaro provided exceptional service every time I went back to order something different or ask for condiments. And he was patient and did not look annoyed at all even though I kept forgetting to order some things. This is a good place to eat Carl's Jr.“

“I actually went on a quest of the $6.00 breakfast special, that I heard on the radio about a week ago! I thought it was too good to be true!? Indeed it served TRUE! Well....$7.00 !!!!!! Close Enough!!!!! There was actually 4 different value menu items to choose from . All 4 were hearty choices
1). Ham & cheddar cheese omelette & 2 pancakes,
2). 2-pancakes, 2 bacon, 2 sausages, 2 eggs
3). 2-french toast, bacon ,sausage?
4). & I can not remember the last one ;but it was a good value meal .

Service was exceptional. Food was fantastic & order was done in an impressive amount of time. Everything was 5 sTar , BUT the LOUD , over the top, extremely loud -children. No harm ,no foul , Right ? Nobody dining in to be bothered. & my order was Togo (thank God) but lordy, lordy,.lol .I'm a parent myself As I was sitting there waiting for my order I swear it crossed my mind that the parents had possibly fallen asleep or something,lmao &;the tossy duo had taken over this entire establishment.“

“The place is clean! That's a miracle for jibs lol. The other day I had what was possibly the perfect jumbo Jack. My only problem is the crazies and hoodrats that also enjoy the location. The corporation should consider taking out the self serve soda fountain at least in the hood locations. I've personally witnessed people brazenly come in and fill up without paying at three different Stockton locations this past week alone! Unfair to all the honest customers......“

“I went to Jack in the Box on 11/5 at Dinner Time. There were 4 cars 🚗 in the Drive Way, so I decided to go inside instead to avoid a Long Wait. I used to work in this Industry and I Still Remember that the Best Immediate Service is the Customer in person face to face. I and Another Customer waited 21 minutes! That's way to Long! I left very upset. My Order was their $7 dollar special that I Like! I asked for a courtesy fry. I was handed a kid size fry. After I left and was at home, I then Realized I was not given my two drinks for My $7.00 Special. I went back and I complained. The cashier at the time of my service was running around as she did earlier filling the orders. There were Only 3 employees. One was Make, chilling in as a cook and the other female was changing Advertising Signs. I explained to them that because my order was 21 minutes late, I was not given my drinks and received a child fry, I had no other choice but to Write a Review. The front cashier said, I forgot to give them to you, but they were both ready.
More employees should have been working during dinner time and no one should be Chill while one employee is running around and the other is changing Advertising Signs standing over food that is still cooking and is packaged.“

“I bye my Dad food after work. Went to A&W on Charter/Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Ordered, received my food and left. My Dad enjoyed the meal. When I arrived home I realized I left my Visa Card behind. When I called to inquire about my card, the Manager (I assume) told me he would hold it for me until the following day. When I went to pick up my card the doors were locked, but a nice gentleman worker throwing away boxes assisted me. When he handed my card back, it was in an envelope with my name on it and the gentleman proceeded to tell me that Manager put my card in the safe. What an awesome feeling to come across honest good people and I just want to give these people a big THANK YOU! To the teller at the drive thru, the Manager and the worker who assisted me. God Bless and keep up the great work.“

“My husband and I enjoyed breakfast this morning at the Stockton IHOP. Our server, Perla, was very attentive and friendly. Our drinks were served very quickly and our food arrived not long after we ordered. The food was very yummy, too. My husband has a broken leg and Perla made sure my husband had plenty of room and was comfortable. Thanks for the great experience!“
