I only gave this place 4 stars because the alcoholic beverages lacked. Ordered some margaritas and they were the worst I’ve ever had. However, everything else was great! Service was excellent, food was delicious. They even gave us a cute little to go pizza box.
As far as American-style pizza goes Michael's does a good job. Yes their pies are way way greasy but -if you order light sauce- you can taste the cheese (they use good quality mozzarella) and their excellent crust. Be sure to ask them not to under-cook the crust because it often comes out limpy. I'm not too keen on the rest of the menu; obviously you won't come here for the salads or anything remotely healthy. Good spot for a bite to eat. Casual and fun atmosphere. The salads are my favorite and the house salad has all kinds of goodies in it. The pizza is also a great choice. And if you like cocktails they have a great menu for you!
