Charlie's Seafood truly exceeded my expectations. Every dish we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, but the highlights were absolutely the Molcajete Kora, shrimp empanadas, and fish tacos.

The food is amazing, my family brought me here and the food tasted to good!!! I really recommend this place fore everyone near the Modesto area!!!!

Charlie’s Seafood is a food truck that has impressed many customers with fresh, flavorful seafood. The Molcajete Kora is phenomenal, served sizzling hot with bold, authentic flavors. The shrimp empanadas are crisp outside and tender, juicy inside, well-seasoned and fresh. The fish tacos are light, fresh, and full of flavor, with perfectly cooked fish and toppings that complement without overpowering. Other dishes like the shrimp tacos, ceviche ejecutiva, aguachiles, Camarones encabronados, empanadas de camarón, and tostada de Cameron cosido are also outstanding. The seafood is described as fresh and sweet. The green salsa is spicy but full of flavor, and the crema salsa goes well with the fish taco. The horchata is one of the best. The place is clean, with a small shaded area with umbrellas and a covering. Service is friendly and welcoming, making customers feel welcome. Some items like fish and empanadas may run out, so going early is recommended. The food takes a while but is worth it. Charlie’s Seafood is highly recommended for anyone who loves high-quality seafood with authentic flavor.
