“The food here is very consistently well made for their whoppers and chicken sandwiches. They have great customer service with Alexandra and another young lady in particular being especially awesome. They make sure to take care of you here and they are all hard working people.“

“I enjoy the food at this Burger King and the employees are always working hard, which is why I’m giving 5 stars. However, it often feels very understaffed.

A few days ago, I waited in the drive-thru for around 10–30 minutes for a simple order, and the cars ahead of me were also moving very slowly. When I visited again today to pick up an order inside, I only saw a couple of employees working. One employee appeared to be handling the register, drive-thru, kitchen duties, and order preparation all at once.

The staff members seem to be doing the best they can, but they could really use more help. Another issue is that utensils, straws, and napkins are not available unless customers ask for them. The soda fountain also only has Sprite and Fanta available, so if you don’t order a specific drink through the app, your options are very limited.

The food itself is good, and the employees have always been polite. My main concern is that this location appears to be understaffed and could benefit from better support and maintenance.“
