Burger King in Modesto

“Experiencing a meal from a well-established establishment often provides a comforting sense of familiarity. Their consistent approach to preparation can be relied upon for a satisfying outcome. You can generally expect a dependable quality with each visit. Many patrons find their offerings to be a consistently enjoyable choice. This widespread appeal speaks to their enduring popularity. It's a convenient option for those seeking a predictable dining experience. Their reputation has been built on this very consistency. Therefore, it's understandable why many consider it a solid selection.“

“Been a long time since I visited a BK after so many bad experiences with all of them in the past: this one is one of the better ones that I’ve been, and I’m all the way in Ceres!

With that said, this new fresh idea of cleaning up all the bk restaurants isn’t a bad idea. I haven’t had a nice clean and well made whopper in decades and in this box?

Impressive.
King nuggets are tasty too and last nuggets were terrible!

Keep up the great work!“

“My go to Burger King was the one on mcHenry but unfortunately shut down so started coming to this one since last week super sweet young lady by the name of Daysi I believe that’s the name she told me by far the sweetest hard working employee the first time last week I came realized they were busy since the drive thru was packed with cars decided to get off with a friendly smile she help me out and took my order while the rest of the staff turned there backs at me she with no hesitation took my order. Two days later I came again to this location saw the same familiar face took my order again with no hesitation but seem like she was alone going back n fourth taking order only down fall of this Burger King seems like they need more employees like her. Today Monday I came again to get my usually to my surprise she was there again with that amazing Service but with an extra employee but seem like he didn’t even want to work“

“I enjoy the food at this Burger King and the employees are always working hard, which is why I’m giving 5 stars. However, it often feels very understaffed.

A few days ago, I waited in the drive-thru for around 10–30 minutes for a simple order, and the cars ahead of me were also moving very slowly. When I visited again today to pick up an order inside, I only saw a couple of employees working. One employee appeared to be handling the register, drive-thru, kitchen duties, and order preparation all at once.

The staff members seem to be doing the best they can, but they could really use more help. Another issue is that utensils, straws, and napkins are not available unless customers ask for them. The soda fountain also only has Sprite and Fanta available, so if you don’t order a specific drink through the app, your options are very limited.

The food itself is good, and the employees have always been polite. My main concern is that this location appears to be understaffed and could benefit from better support and maintenance.“
