“I love the staff at this location. Friday nights, my wife and I like to go to this spot specifically. We used to go to the McHenry/Briggsmore location, but our orders kept getting messed up, unfortunately. Here, however, the food is always warm, accurate, and neatly prepared. I appreciate all yall!“

“Well, the crew have always been AMAZING with the SPEED and SERVICE, but unfortunately, I have found out that the MANAGERS are RUSHING their employees. I am a production manager of a much bigger crew. One thing you never never do is to have your crew in a rush mode. This will cause mistakes and may cause an injury. I'm extremely bothered by this. But this also explains why there are so many mistakes when it comes to fast food joints. There are so many other techniques and teaching methods. MANAGERS....... Stop being lazy and put time into your employees and teach them right. If you cannot and you disagree with me, I sure hope they find another manager to take your position. CREW...... Thank you so much for your awesome service and keep up the good work. Slow down. Stress less. Don't let MANAGEMENT discourage you and your wonderful day. 😄“
“I have been a customer at this Restaurant for 2 years and the staff’s friendly, and welcoming customer service has leveled up big time ever since Angie has been the Lead Manager! A couple weeks I had a conversation with Angie in person and she had stated to me “we have to do our best to deliver the best service because that’s what we are here for.” (: Personally, if I was CEO of Jack in the Box, I’d retire and make Angie take my place as CEO and then suggest to her to be president of the United States ‘cause man we need a woman president in office badly, anyone but Trump!“
“Not much to say, it is. Jack in the Box. Ive been going here for years on my commute to or from work. The people in the drive thru are nice, out of all the times I've been there which are more than I can count my order was in error maybe 4 times over 3 years.
Oh don't expect service around midnight to early morning. Their system does some sort of update each morning and locks them out of Point of Sale systems for anywhere between 10 minutes to 45 minutes.“
“The food is great, (I usually get the jumbo jack burger and chocolate milkshake) but I do notice that I stand at the counter for a few minutes before I get service and yes they see me. So I don’t know why that is on the regular but I stay patient . Oh and don’t be late for your online order pick up I’ve seen some orders given out to the wrong people on accident I’m sure“
“My perspective is from a customer who primarily uses the drive-thru, but have gone inside a couple of times. I have no idea about the complaints, because I've never had anything but great, friendly, helpful customer service. My order has been made incorrectly a couple of times, but this store has ALWAYS corrected my order (usually after a couple of days due to very long work hours). I'd really like to point out that I order late in the evening, so almost all of my experiences are with the night shift, and they're always professionally cordial. I can't help but wonder if other experiences have been during the morning and afternoon, and it would be something for the District Manager to look into. Otherwise, night shift ROCKS!!“
“My order was a solid 8/10 everything was there nothing missing this time. I had a whole order of the value meal junior jumbo jack with a side and drink for the side I had an egg roll substitute for the fries also ordered a chicken sandwich minus the lettuce and four tacos. Unfortunately the only thing that was hot was the egg rolls. The junior jack was good but barely warm, the chicken sandwich a little hard and had an oil taste maybe left in too long. Egg rolls and tacos were perfect hot and crunchy drink was cold. So overall not a bad experience but not perfect“
“Still in drive through mode. Place was clean last time I went in. The food is delicious but not good for you of course..
I was in the drive through the other night and they were packed! The drive through gentleman was INCREDIBLY personable. Apologized for the wait and they were all working at full throttle! You could tell they were running however took the initiative to be sympathetic to the customers feelings! That's good staff right there!“
“I've lived in the Westside of Modesto about 10yrs now. Like any other Jack In The Box it's 24hr drive thru is convenient. It's late night munchies hit. It's Westside Modesto. What you'll see outside at 2am you'll see anywhere that's open 24hrs.“
“The girls here are chill and never rude! Me and my coworker usually would stop by for a quick lunch during rush hour they keep it together!! Unfortunately they do struggle with a lot of homeless people going in. Just keep in mind if you plan to dine in“
