We used to go to the McHenry/Briggsmore location, but our orders kept getting messed up, unfortunately. Here, however, the food is always warm, accurate, and neatly prepared. I appreciate all yall!“
“Not much to say, it is. Jack in the Box. Ive been going here for years on my commute to or from work. The people in the drive thru are nice, out of all the times I've been there which are more than I can count my order was in error maybe 4 times over 3 years.
Oh don't expect service around midnight to early morning. Their system does some sort of update each morning and locks them out of Point of Sale systems for anywhere between 10 minutes to 45 minutes.“

“Well, the crew have always been AMAZING with the SPEED and SERVICE, but unfortunately, I have found out that the MANAGERS are RUSHING their employees. I am a production manager of a much bigger crew. One thing you never never do is to have your crew in a rush mode. This will cause mistakes and may cause an injury. I'm extremely bothered by this. But this also explains why there are so many mistakes when it comes to fast food joints. There are so many other techniques and teaching methods. MANAGERS....... Stop being lazy and put time into your employees and teach them right. If you cannot and you disagree with me, I sure hope they find another manager to take your position. CREW...... “The food is great, (I usually get the jumbo jack burger and chocolate milkshake) but I do notice that I stand at the counter for a few minutes before I get service and yes they see me. So I don’t know why that is on the regular but I stay patient . Oh and don’t be late for your online order pick up I’ve seen some orders given out to the wrong people on accident I’m sure“
“I've lived in the Westside of Modesto about 10yrs now. Like any other Jack In The Box it's 24hr drive thru is convenient. It's late night munchies hit. It's Westside Modesto. What you'll see outside at 2am you'll see anywhere that's open 24hrs.“
“My perspective is from a customer who primarily uses the drive-thru, but have gone inside a couple of times. I have no idea about the complaints, because I've never had anything but great, friendly, helpful customer service. My order has been made incorrectly a couple of times, but this store has ALWAYS corrected my order (usually after a couple of days due to very long work hours). I'd really like to point out that I order late in the evening, so almost all of my experiences are with the night shift, and they're always professionally cordial. I can't help but wonder if other experiences have been during the morning and afternoon, and it would be something for the District Manager to look into. Otherwise, night shift ROCKS!!“

Stopped by for lunch and I was very disappointed. I ordered a Southwest Chicken Salad with grilled chicken and the Chicken was still cold, like taken out of the fridge cold. They didn't bother to cook the chicken.
I ordered two tacos and they were stale, they got cooked but who knows how many hours they were sitting out for with a taste that was stale.
The only thing that they actually cooked was the jalapeno poppers. Probably because you have to fry them.
I don't understand what's happening with Jack's quality assurance but it's trash. Yesterday I ate at a location in Livermore and the food was fresh. Today it was the total opposite.
Get it together Jack. Rating updated from five stars to one. Would give zero if it was a option.

“Still in drive through mode. Place was clean last time I went in. The food is delicious but not good for you of course..
I was in the drive through the other night and they were packed! The drive through gentleman was INCREDIBLY personable. Apologized for the wait and they were all working at full throttle! You could tell they were running however took the initiative to be sympathetic to the customers feelings! That's good staff right there!“
“There’s one simple reason why I recommend them. I will give them future business. Being late 60s and out with my family for the celebration of lights last weekend. We enjoyed the parade and floats, and as we went to leave, I really needed a restroom. The entire time I was there in downtown Modesto, I thought I need a restroom. We asked three different businesses. They said no. I did not see any port-a potties either. I understand a business saying no. Even Jack in the box, probably leaves them only for customers, but the fact that I was able to use their restroom and nobody turned me away. I will never forget! They have my business in the future. I had walked four blocks looking for a restroom and found theirs. Thank you Jack in the box. I recommend you highly.“
