Jack in the Box in Stockton

“I went to Jack in the Box on 11/5 at Dinner Time. There were 4 cars 🚗 in the Drive Way, so I decided to go inside instead to avoid a Long Wait. I used to work in this Industry and I Still Remember that the Best Immediate Service is the Customer in person face to face. I and Another Customer waited 21 minutes! That's way to Long! I left very upset. My Order was their $7 dollar special that I Like! I asked for a courtesy fry. I was handed a kid size fry. After I left and was at home, I then Realized I was not given my two drinks for My $7.00 Special. I went back and I complained. The cashier at the time of my service was running around as she did earlier filling the orders. There were Only 3 employees. One was Make, chilling in as a cook and the other female was changing Advertising Signs. I explained to them that because my order was 21 minutes late, I was not given my drinks and received a child fry, I had no other choice but to Write a Review. The front cashier said, I forgot to give them to you, but they were both ready.
More employees should have been working during dinner time and no one should be Chill while one employee is running around and the other is changing Advertising Signs standing over food that is still cooking and is packaged.“

“Out of all the Jack-in-the-Box is I have ever been to in California ,this has to be my favorite one. The food is always very warm and done fresh to order. My favorite thing to eat from here are the tacos and the curly french fries and the churros and needless to say they are always very crunchy and fresh. Plus the service their employees are very nice and friendly so that is always a plus. Best believe I will be back for more Jack. :P“

“This location gets exceptionally busy, with it being located right off the 99 near multiple warehouses & trucking agencies. keep in mind most of those warehouses are open 24 hours meaning ALL work shifts ( lots of hungry employees trying to eat in a short amount of time) most employees are doing the best they can to provide quick and Speedy service. That being said unfortunately mistakes can happen which obviously is inconvenient for the consumer. Personally I like this location because the food is always fresh and hot, at times it may take a while and you may have to double-check your order the overall I've had way worse experiences at other Jack in the boxes“

“I was a runner passing through When I asked to use the bathroom for an emergency. Shout out to the employees Who are very friendly to let me especially Aliza. I didn't dine in however I love their french fries and onion rings when I crave and bought some compared to most fast food places. Thank you again!“

“I only eat at one Jack in the box. The manager there should never leave. Her name is Jean, aka Momma Jean. Not only is she one of the most powerful, important, highly educated, extremely loyal, and respectful managers I've ever met, she's the world's greatest cook of all time. Every time I go there, before I order my food, I always ask if Momma Jean there. If she's not there, I won't eat. She cooks your food just the way you order it. She never makes any mistakes. “I stopped here on the way home from running an errand. I ordered ahead on the app and when I got here, the man at the window was cheerful, efficient, and friendly. He made me feel good about my purchase and the food handed to me was hot and fresh.“

“I've been going to this Jack in the Box since I was just a kid, I had an initial bad experience a few months ago, however it's been several months since that incident and I'm proud to say that they've improved by several magnitudes. Customer service is now consistently 10/10. I continue to proudly go to this location multiple times a week. I've yet to have a food error at this location and I have nothing but good things to say.“

“The drive through ordering portal is my only complaint. It seems like the audio quality on both ends is poor. I’ve had communication issues on several occasions. At least they have a screen showing your order but it doesn’t always seem to be working.“

“A dependable fast food location when you need something quick and filling. The burgers and fries are consistent with what you expect from Jack in the Box. Service is usually fast, making it a convenient stop for late night or on the go meals.“
