Used to like coming to Buffalo Wild Wings but the new order and pay system that they are trying to implement is making the business worse. I placed and order and they sent it to the wrong table, the servers strongly push the online ordering and pay but I like doing the old fashion way were you tell the waiter your order so they know what table and what food you ordered. The QR code to get the menu was ruff when you have kids and elderly people that don't use phones. Puts everything on one person to order for the table. Feel like you become the waiter. There are things that are nice about it. Ordering refills and paying your bill.
