“Excellent Italian food with great service. The new owners are wonderful as well as the food. Menu did not change and the chef is is the same. We drive 1.5 hours just for their dinners! Try it,you'll be hooked.“

“First of all, the service was great, the food was delicious and we were seated right away, granted we arrived just after opening. My only issue was I ordered the never ending pasta bowl. On the menu, it guides you to pick pasta, sauce then if you want Neverending meat, its an extra $4.99, which I chose to add. When I received my second bowl, there was no meat. I asked the waitress and she said it is a separate $4.99 charge each time. I pointed out the menu has written "Neverending meat", but she insisted it was pay extra for meat each time. Wasn't a huge deal, but would definitely clarify it before ordering meat and expecting it on your pasta refills.“

“Bella Italia is very nice place for dinner while in town. It is not the best ever, but we were quite happy with almost everything we ordered. The place is really pretty and the prices are fair.

We just loved the service. We were seated straight away. They have a nice wine list. Our server knew the menu well and was fast but we never felt rushed. I would make a reservation. We were there on a weekday and ate early so we were in great shape.

Most of the food we had was great. The minestrone soup was just perfect. We also loved our salads. I had the chicken marsala and it was just so melt in your mouth wonderful and packed with yummy mushrooms. We also had the ravioli in a white sauce that was so good. I would get that again. Finally, we had fried ravioli and it was good, not great. That I will not try again. There is just too much thick crust for me, but you might love it. The ravioli within the crust was very good.

All in all we would come back. We just loved the service, the calm atmosphere and the vast majority of the food.

“Great food. Came here for the first time a few months ago and have been back several times since. Up until now the best Italian food I’ve ever had was when visited our daughter in San Diego and we always go to Buono Forcheta in the South Park area. Gusto is as good as they are. The depth of flavor in the bolognese sauce is amazing. The lasagna is also amazing. The other nice thing is that the kitchen is out in the open behind the bar area and you can watch the chef work his magic if you want to sit at the bar.“

As we waited at the counter area the staff was friendly and helpful. Informing us of the crowd favorites. Plus I've always wanted a beer in the grocery store.“
