“This is not only one of the best Kebabs I’ve had in Tracy, but also one of the best in California. I tried three flavors: beef, lamb, and chicken. The beef and lamb were slightly better. The rice was very special, with two different colors and a great texture. The complimentary bread – a type of Middle Eastern bread, though I’m not sure of its exact name, but it was delicious. It also came with some salad, making it a very complete lunch. The flavors were not too salty, though I personally might have added a bit more salt. The meat was incredibly fresh, and you can watch the whole grilling process. They have an outdoor dining area, and the menu is simple, which helps you avoid decision fatigue. I was surprised to find such good Kebab in a remote city like Tracy. I highly recommend everyone try it, especially since Tracy is somewhat of a food desert. It’s very authentic!“

“Well this Hawaiian BbQ place just shot up on my list when it comes to Hawaiian food thats close to being in hawaii. i there loco moco, and all other food also taste great! Their menu is a little more custom compared to most of its chain. Stop by and try for yourself. And order what you crave, cant go wrong with that.“

“Rude employees!!! especially Marissa, berated a customer with a medical issue over his mask slipping. absolutely appalled by her treatment of an elderly man, customer service needs major overhaul before I will EVER recommend this place to anyone!“
“I visited today 9/13/24. Friendly staff. The place is under new ownership and is no longer Denise’s Farmer’s Market and Kenny’s BBQ. They were selling a variety of local honey, corn nuts, and jerky (including a local favorite Psych Ko’s jerky) and provide free samples. They also had some snacks and refreshments. There are plans to open a restaurant that serves pizza and Mediterranean food. I can’t wait to go back and see what’s in store.“

“I love Dickies but the only reason why I give it a four-star out of a five stars is the price. I can get brisket on sale for $3.95 a lb but they're selling it for $33 a pound and if I buy a couple pounds of it you should give me a break or something. Don't get me wrong I'd rather go to Dickey's over other meat places because I feel the meat places might be lab grown meat because when I eat it it basically just goes through me. I've been a carnivore for almost a whole year now and Dickies meat doesn't go through me.“

“I had such a great experience at the BBQ spot! Their brisket is cooked with so much care and it's incredibly flavorful and moist. While I wasn't a big fan of some of the sides, like the sweet potato salad and baked beans, their meats definitely made up for it. I can't wait to try their other sides next time. The garlic fries were amazing, and their BBQ sauce is delicious. I'd give their meats a 5-star rating any day. Unfortunately, I had to go to another BBQ spot in Lathrop because Shorty's was out of their red meats, and I regretted it because the brisket was so dry. Next time, I'll definitely save my money and wait for Shorty's to restock. I highly recommend this place, and I'm looking forward to trying their green beans and Mac & Cheese next time. Their brisket is just too good to miss!“
