I had the dolsot bibimbap for lunch. The bowl was searing hot. It crusted up the rice even after mixing everything together, which is what is supposed to happen. The food stayed hot to the very last spoonful, and I'm not a fast eater. It also came with a great assortment of banchan. The only drawback was that the egg was fried hard. I like it when the yolk is runny which will cook when you mix everything together before eating. Be aware that a 15% service fee was included...read full review
