“This is the best sports bar in discovery bay. It’s kind of the only one but that’s okay. The staff is super friendly. GG and Maria take great care of everyone. Service at the bar is amazing. Drinks are very strong. Price is decent. I don’t feel cheated. I’m loving the view, the community and the people there. It’s 90% locals. Steak was cooked perfect to medium rare. Crab cakes were crispy and tasty. It has tons of crab unlike some other places. Soup was good but it wasn’t very hot. They had live music on a Friday night. I love that. There’s outside seating also. “We always have such a great experience at Denny’s in Brentwood! Catherine is an amazing server; she’s always so friendly, attentive, and makes us feel genuinely welcome every time we come in. Ella, the manager, is wonderful as well and you can tell she really cares about her guests and the experience they have.
It’s rare to find a place where the service is consistently this good, but Catherine and Ella always go above and beyond. They’re a huge part of why we keep coming back. Thank you both for always taking such great care of us! 😊“

“Picked up an extra large pepperoni pizza. Very good. I would say this pizza is a cross of Mountain Mike’s and round table with the best of both. Our pizza was perfectly done and some of the pepperonis had a little bit of char to them which was outstanding. Top-notch and will definitely go again.“

“I absolutely love this place! Tony is seriously so funny, but more importantly, he’s incredibly hospitable and has so much personality. He and his team never disappoint when it comes to service. Every time I come in, there’s just such a welcoming and fun energy.

I’ll admit, I usually don’t order sushi from restaurants that serve both Chinese food and sushi, but trust me when I say I was genuinely shocked by how fresh and delicious the sushi is here. I always get the sashimi combo, and the cuts are generous, fresh, and precisely cut. It’s not like some places that give you huge pieces of lower-quality fish and hope the portion size makes up for it. You can actually taste the quality here.

The Chinese menu is just as good. I honestly haven’t had a dish I didn’t like. They have dim sum and a huge variety of authentic Chinese dishes. The Mongolian beef, fried rice, and honey walnut prawns are sooo good!

They’re also open late and are always willing to accommodate requests whenever they can, which I really appreciate.

Hands down, this is my favorite restaurant in Brentwood for so many reasons. Great food, great service, great personalities, and there’s never a dull moment. I’ve never left disappointed or had anything less than an amazing meal. Highly recommend!“

So after washing my clothes and loading them into my car, I decided to check this spot out. Upon entering I was greeted. The dining area is small, but not many people were eating in. I ordered the super carne asada burrito and hot salsa to go. I got home and found a movie to watch and unwrapped my burrito. I took a bite without salsa and it was flavorful. The salsa just added to it. I'll definitely be back to try more on the menu... and hopefully won't need to stop at the laundromat too much longer after the parts arrive. Los Charros is definitely worth a visit.“

“By far the best Chinese food I’ve had in Brentwood. My boyfriend and I got $60 worth of food and the servings were HUGE and amazing! General Chow’s Noodles, Chili Ground Pork Noodles, Spicy Won Ton Dumplings, and the Assorted Dumplings (pork, crab, shrimp) were all 10/10. Each dish tasted so fresh and perfectly seasoned. Absolutely perfect!! I will surely be back here many more times.“

“I had no idea what to expect. We wanted a place to go for an early lunch and this place showed up on Google maps. This place is just friggin awesome. The staff here were great. The food was way better than I thought it'd be. The Kobe Angus beef burgers were juicy and perfectly cooked to my preferred temp. The Bloody Marys were spicy and just full of flavor. I mean wow guys, just wow. I don't know how often we're going to make it to that side of town, but we're returning for sure.“

“Lovely afternoon spent here on a Saturday. The tasting room employees are SUPER friendly. We tried the white wine flight and really enjoyed the Viognier and Chardonnay. The flight comes with a delicious cookie and they gave us complimentary bread w/olive oil and balsamic. The lawn has lots ofpicnic benches and the view is stunning. “I’ve been going to BlueFin for a few weeks now on my lunch break, the ladies upfront are very polite. Today however, my sushi maki looked away it never has before. The seaweed that’s usually dark green is a pale-ashy green, if I didn’t know any better I think they served my expired sushi.

“I’ve been here a few times and have always had a great time . Personally my favorite is during the colder months , they start serving tortilla soup. All other times I’ve ordered chilaquiles mild. If you’re feeling adventurous and want to try the hot version, they offer to put some of the hot sauce in a little cup so you can control the heat. The staff is very attentive and always makes sure my glass or mug is full. If you’re visiting bethel, then I’d recommend this place and the bar right next door.

Parking: Parking lot is tight , but you can always park on the street.“

“I thought it was a fine restaurant. The food was solid, but the only thing I had that was really good was the Bomba. The Chicken Parm was decent, but lacked any crunch. The beer menu was fine. The Lamb special was pretty good.

The serving sizes are generous and the prices seemed in line to me. Servers were all very nice.“

Definitely be safe and bring water, and no one is questioning what in your Stanley... We had lawn games set up and everyone was excited and entertained. The grounds are beautiful and modern. If you come on a Sunday you may want to bring extra chairs to sit and relax. Pop ups are not allowed, but you can bring umbrellas or the kind that clip on to the back of a chair. Some in our group purchased the Rose and the Sauvignon Blanc which skew more on the dry side, which I prefer. However, if you like the tannins of the oak barrel, they have those options as well. “It’s late at night and you’re trying to get food for your family. Everyone wants pizza. You’re going back and forth on delivery or pickup because of the cost and the time. Then you start debating what kind of pizza to get, maybe half and half so everyone is happy. Usually what ends up changing your mind is the price shock. Every time I build a pizza somewhere else it ends up being over $50 with barely any sides, even when I choose pickup and skip the delivery fees.
If you’re like me, save yourself the headache and just start here and finish here. Pizza Guys has consistently had the best prices and the best deals. The staff at this location is always nice and welcoming. Every time I walk in they acknowledge me right away. They are clearly well staffed because the food comes out fast. I literally ordered on my phone, drove over, and about 15 minutes later everything was ready.
You know how you get home and realize you forgot cheese and peppers. Most places never remind you or act like it’s a hassle. Here, the person helping me asked right away if I needed anything else like cheese and peppers. It’s the small things that stand out.
On top of that, they don’t always advertise it, but my family’s dinner even came with a free 2 liter soda. How can you not like that. Whoever the owner is, they’re doing things right. This is definitely going to be one of our go to spots every time it’s pizza night.“

We ordered crispy noodles, orange chicken (my kids' favorite), salt & pepper pork ribs, combination fried rice, egg foo young and honey shrimp walnut. Everything is highly recommended especially the salt & pepper pork ribs (our new favorite) and honey walnut shrimp! We were not disappointed.
