Husband and I had been wanting to try this place for a year, so we headed over this morning to arrive just after opening. Upon arrival, there were only 3 tables of 2-tops in the entire restaurant. The hostess was friendly and welcoming. It took a good 7-8 minutes before a server came by to greet us and pour our waters, but she was friendly and smiling. We really enjoyed our Valentine's dinner at Wence. We had reservations and were seated right away. The night was very busy, but the staff were very attentive and quickly took our drink & appetizer orders. I was torn between the ribeye steak or porkchop. I went with the porkchop because of the mashed potatoes and asparagus. It was a thick cut of meat, but moist and tasty. My lady had the salmon, and equally enjoyed her meal.
