You can really tell the vegetables are high quality and fresh, which made every dish stand out. The experience honestly reminded us of dining in Las Vegas with that elevated, fine-dining feel. I ordered the Al Fresca mocktail and it was incredibly refreshing. For my entrée, I had the hanger steak cooked medium, and it was perfectly prepared—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. “I don’t give 5 stars very often, but the food here is exceptional. The sushi was fresh and the fish had good texture and no fishy smell. The veggies that were inside the roll were fresh and crisp. The dressing for the sushi was good too. They use horseradish wasabi like most places.

The beef tenderloin was exactly that, tender. Every piece was cooked perfectly, not chewy or overcooked at all. Fried rice had that authentic flavor that can only be explained if you had fried rice in the City. It’s not soy sauce but a combination of flavors that give that light brown coloring and salty flavors. Could be MSG, not sure. It’s the best fried rice you can get in Brentwood. I hope the consistency continues as I will definitely be coming here more.“

“The location is small, but I've always been able to find a seat, the food has been super flavorful every time I've been here, and I've never had to wait long. My favorite item has to be the Mediterranean bowl with steak souvlaki, super bright, balanced, and deeply satisfying.“

“Wontons and chili oil, beef or pork stirfry noodle (beef if you like spicier) almost all of their dishes with noodles you can order them as thin or as wide as you like. Given that there are so many options, it would be really hard to get bored. Also, secret hack if you get them; dip the beef roll into the chili oil sauce when you’re done with your wontons. So good.“

“I have been coming to Diggers for years, both Brentwood and Concord. I'm a sucker for an old school bacon cheeseburger and chili cheese fries. They have all kinds of shakes, burgers, and fries. Their breakfasts are pretty solid too. My wife and I came here a lot while dating, and now we bring our kids. Great place, I don't think they have a bad thing on their entire menu.“

(we eat here about once a week now). The portions sizes are well worth the very reasonable cost.

I wonder what their secret is that makes their pizza taste so good. Prices are also very reasonable and for the quality of the products they offer they should up their numbers - cannot be compared with any other traditional random pizza 🍕 places around. “I wasn't expecting to find such a good Vietnamese spot in Brentwood. The banh mi was fresh, the bread was warm and perfectly crispy, and the grilled pork was full of flavor. The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. I also noticed they serve pho, poke bowls, and boba, so I'll definitely come back to try more next time. If you're ever passing through Brentwood, this place is well worth a stop.“

“Lone Tree Thai Cuisine is a place I hadn’t visited in over a decade due to a not-so-great experience years back. Recently, I decided to give it another try, hoping things had improved—and I’m glad to say they have.

We came in on a Thursday around 11 for lunch and were greeted as soon as we walked in and seated right away. Service started off smoothly, and it wasn’t long before our server came to take our order. We went with the beef pad see ew and chicken pad gra pow.

Both dishes were delightful and flavorful—exactly the bold, comforting Thai flavors you anticipate when craving Thai food. The noodles were well cooked, the seasoning was on point, and everything tasted fresh and satisfying. My only small note would be that the portions could be a bit more generous.

Service throughout the meal was good—servers were friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of. I’m really glad I decided to give Lone Tree Thai Cuisine another chance. It’s earned its way back onto my list, and I’ll definitely be returning when I need my Thai food fix.“

“We tried 88 BaoBao for the first time tonight and was delightfully surprised. We’ve seen the place numerous times when shopping but only passed by. Tonight we needed a quick take out meal and decided to give 88 BaoBao. The food admittedly was better than we hoped for and deliciously so. We are definitely going back soon. Yum!“

“Food was good. Downside I hate pay kiosks after my card declined I had to reorder at the counter. We split a salad it came with two forks but would have been better with an additional plate or bowl. The indoor dining was small and those with takeaway would sit and wait at a dinning table. We came on Wednesday and they seemed busy like additional staff was needed.
So far I've only had the salad but they have additional items like gyros and pizza if I'm in the area I would try again.“

I wish I could say I enjoyed the Pulled Pork as much as I hoped, but was disappointed. The meat was tough and the fat was not rendered as you’d expect for a Pulled Pork. However, the service was great and my Wife’s Chicken Bowl was very enjoyable. She said she’d order it again. The Sweet Potato Fries were seasoned nicely and crispy as you’d like. Worry not Kinders I’ll be back. Everybody deserves a mulligan.“
