I've patronized Teazentea multiple times before, and today was the worst service I've ever received. It took an entire hour to get my drink. Being short-staffed and busy with mobile orders are understandable reasons, however, when you start to see five orders that were placed after yours get filled, you'll start to have less patience. I've asked about my order three times, and they kept on saying that they will get started on it. Not the best way to spend an hour of a Sunday afternoon.

5 Stars across the board. Have you had a waffle? Then you just wouldn't understand. Chefs kiss for them. Also, you can adjust the sweetness so I got my vietnamese coffee with salted cream foam with 25% sweetness!! YES I can finally have some vietnamese iced coffee with boba. Next time, I will def. leave a tip, they deserve one, order was fast and service was good.

Cute little boba spot in Brentwood! The pandan and ube waffles are such a treat too! Their service is quick and easy. No complaints! They could use more seating but again, it's a boba spot; so really a lot of people popping in and out.
